Get a full body workout in only 20 minutes at E Street Studio! Strength, cardio, fat burning, and flexibility. Anyone can do EMS! Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, gain muscle, or improve strength, we can help you with private one on one EMS training!

20 minutes of EMS training is as effective as up to 3.5-5 hours of conventional strength training methods! Whole body EMS training activates all of the bodies, large muscle groups and engages even deeper lying muscle tissue that are typically harder to reach with traditional training methods. We will help you achieve your fitness goals in a fraction of the time with minimal to no strain on your joints!

Emily at E Street Studios is amazing! She takes the time to explain the history and scientific proof that EMS works. The workout is only 20 minutes but the results are definitely noticeable. I have only been going for a month but already can see my body toning up. I am so happy.

EMS changed my life. Great for lower back pain and rheumatoid arthritis. Emily is an excellent trainer and after 4 visits, you see the inches start to come off. You'll feel energized, excited, tight and invigorated after one workout. It's not easy, but those 20 minutes are totally worth it. Give it a try and you'll be hooked. It will build your confidence back, if you are overweight or have a few extra pounds to lose. Thank you Emily for being such an inspiration.

I do spin, strength training, HIIT....No other workout comes close to the results of EMS. 20 minutes is all you need once a week. I originally started EMS due to lower back pain and weak abdominal muscles following a C-section. Within weeks I felt about 80% better/stronger. Also, if you don't have the time to go to one of her two studios, ask about mobile EMS. Emily has come to my house when my son is taking a nap. Quick EMS workout, shower, and I am ready to take on the second half of the day with my little duder.
