I’ve been to a lot of gyms in my lifetime, and I have to say this place is quite special. Words can’t ever truly capture the good vibes, and the people here. You can tell that the owner, and staff have passion for miles. Sadly I’m only in town for a few days. Check out this spot you won’t be disappointed. :)

Whenever I travel to Olean, I visit Eade using the day pass option. It's an outstanding gym with great people. The clientele is serious about their workouts, but also very friendly and courteous to the other lifters. The equipment is top of the line. I like how the equipment is organized according to relevant muscle group.

I have been to many gyms in my life and I am always very happy to come back to this gym when I am in town. Not only is the gym spotless, it has some of the best equipment I’ve ever used. Old & new. A staff member here & personal trainer is one of the most knowledgeable people I’ve ever met when it comes to training, movement patterns, and biomechanics. Everyone here is eager to help.
This place is for everyone but especially those who train seriously. The staff does not allow people to run amuck like you see so often in gyms these days.

Random note: this place is so well kept they even have a head of maintenance to ensure the highest upkeep of all equipment, facilities, and plumbing. AWESOME place

The head of the maintenance department is very swift with there reactions to machines needing assistance, the man behind the desk is very helpful and always has polished glasses. 10/10 would go everyday for the rest of my life.

This gym often bans people for bad behavior. Also, the prices are high for the area, and they don’t offer autopay with credit card.

Autopay is only available for a checking account.

You can get a discount for buying many months or a year membership upfront by credit card, but if you get banned, they will not refund your membership fee.

If you need a place to workout, this place is good. Don't expect too much wiggle room though, as many members are allowed to run amuck and do what they please like a jungle gym. Taking equipment away, working in without consideration for others, being in dangerous areas while lifting heavy weight. Also, don't be afraid of cameras.

I have been going for about a month now and have enough to give a honest review. Eade Fitness is a clean and friendly environment with all the equipment I could want to use. They even have a Cryotherapy program to help with recovery. The husband-wife owners are also body-builders and are always around if you have any questions about workouts or equipment. They are easy to approach and don’t talk down to you. If you a have simple or dumb question they don’t make you feel simple for asking it. I will continue to go here as long as I’m in the area.

I called ahead of time to make sure I could come in and do the cryotherapy and I got there and they didn’t have any gas for the cryotherapy. Very disappointed I drove an hour for nothing. I would put zero stars if I could.

I love this place it's open whenever I need it. You coming here for about a month now. The young kid who works at dusk is really friendly and helpful. They offer personal training and a ton of equipment. They also have this weird cryo thing where you stand in it and it gets to negative 200 degrees lol. It's supposed to help with your joints but I'm a little too scared to get in there. For $45 or less per month depending on if you're a student or veteran you can't beat it.
