This gym is perfect. I’m in Westhampton for a few weeks and have been using it as my daily gym—I seriously wake up excited to go. The owners, Dave and Tracy, have created such a welcoming, no-ego environment that feels great whether you’re a seasoned lifter or just starting out. After one visit, you’ll feel like part of the family. If you’re looking for a judgment-free gym where you’ll feel totally comfortable, this is it. I love being a part of the EEF community! The owners, Dave & Tracy, are very involved and make you feel so welcome. Everyone who works there is friendly, the gym is clean, and one of my fav features is the many squat / olympic racks so you never have to wait for them even if it's busy. Also, the blends bar is excellent! Thank you guys for all you do!

The worst gym I've been through is disgusting their bathrooms the machines are all almost broken and there are cockroach and mice and even worse a smell of marijuana and the owner is a screaming person... The worst service the bathrooms seem not to clean it for weeks because all yellow the garbage bag does not change it has a very bad smell.

I can’t say enough about East End Fitness, everyone there is amazing! Being someone who is just starting out on my journey to health it is nice to be able to go to a place where you feel safe and no one judges you. The owners are so nice and their trainers are phenomenal! The environment is clean and well maintained, I honestly cannot think of one negative thing to say! If your looking for a safe place to go definitely check them out!

If I could give them 10 stars I would… I literally have nothing negative to say about this place! The facility is always clean. They have a little bit of everything for everyone. The front desk staff are THE sweetest, most welcoming people. The girls who run the child care are AMAZING! The owner is a sweetheart as well. My four year old son begs for me to bring him to the gym because of how much fun he has there. I give him all the credit for getting me to show up every day at this point! Great place over all and thank you guys for all that you do! :)

I recently switched over to this gym about a week and a half ago. So far, It’s been an awesome place to get a workout in. It’s a small gym but has everything you need inside of it. The workers are cool and I think I will be sticking with this gym for awhile. Equipment is good and the staff does a good job with keeping it clean.

I just signed up today. I came over from unique fitness because there prices got out of control. East end is not the biggest gym but it has literally everything and anything you need. Didn’t have to wait for a single machine, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and everyone was there to improve themselves. Instead of driving 5 minutes I am now driving 10 and I’m absolutely okay with it. Big fan of this place for my first day and look forward to many many more with them!
The student discount is also a big plus!!!!

I have been a member of this gym for a little over a year and just recently used the daycare that they offer. My almost two year old daughter was a little uneasy about it, which made me uneasy. The OWNER Tracy assured me that she was in great hands with Ashley and to go enjoy my workout. Every 5 minutes I’d take a peek and see how my daughter was, she was very happy. This gym has so many good things about it, from the cleanliness, to the equipment, but I am forever grateful for the way Tracy and Ashley took care of not only my daughter but also me. Making sure I got a good workout, I got my me time. Thank You East End Fitness!!

Much cleaner with updated equipment. VERY friendly always saying hello and goodbye versus the old owner who was a schister with attitude and ZERO personality. Simple friendliness can make a gym environment so much more inviting which costs nothing. These guys get it! I go daily to take care of myself however the attitude of the well trained staff makes it a pleasure. The owner should be commended for knowing how to properly run an establishment!

I joined this gym recently and I couldn’t be happier. The staff is friendly and the smoothies are amazing! This experience for me wouldn’t be possible if they didn’t have the amazing daycare that they have! The environment is super clean and family oriented and I’m so grateful for the self care opportunity! I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Their very friendly staff always greets you with a smile. I receive constant up to date emails from them about their class schedule etc. East End Fitness keeps you in the loop! They offer free child care 8 hrs per day! This in itself makes it a no brainer for me to be member.

Nice looking gym. Squat racks, deadlift platforms, 100 lb plates, lots of space, clean. Management should place a water tap in the weights area so people don't have to walk all the way to the bathroom to fill up.

Very nice, clean gym. Multiple TVs mounted in front of the cardio equipment (although there is no was to connect to the audio) and they do provide free Wi-Fi with the password posted on the wall. Lots of machines and daily classes. They provide a nursery during the day as well. Only complaint is that when I signed up, no one showed me around or taught me how to use the machines. Every time I've gone since, there is no trainer or staff member stationed on the floor of the gym to provide help, make sure everything stays clean, weights are put away or, most importantly, to ensure that machines are being used correctly and safely. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, it is possible that this is because I usually go at night, so maybe they do this during the day? But I don't know, and either way, as someone who has worked at a fitness center in the past, I believe it's very important to have staff on the floor at all times.

One of, if not, the best gym I've ever been to on Long Island. The place is immaculate and the staff is super nice and attentive. Having a kids room is the icing on the cake. Seems like the only negative reviews are internet trolls who have some sort of an axe to grind. I don't think the membership price is too much for the amount of equipment and UNLIMITED CLASSES!!

The people at east end fitness are always so welcoming and make me feel like part of a family. Which is what I need to encourage me to work out. The facilities are also so clean. I love the spin instructors they motivate me and also challenge me. I keep coming back, I keep making time to work out in my busy day and am so thankful that I have east end fitness to come to. The classes are also convenient and have variety. You also get a sense of community which is so nice.

This gym is one of the best of best establishment on the whole east end. They're always polite and willing to give you a spot. There is a good mix of hard core lifters, soccer moms and college kids. The best part is their fantastic smoothies, a great healthy option to an end of a work out. Its a great atmosphere and I would highly recommend it to any of my friends.

There was this kid I grew up with; he was younger than me. Sorta looked up to me, you know. We did our first work together, worked our way out of the street. Things were good, we made the most of it. During Prohibition, we ran molasses into Canada... made a fortune, your father, too. As much as anyone, I loved him and trusted him. Later on he had an idea to build a city out of a desert stop-over for GI's on the way to the West Coast. That kid's name was Moe Greene, and the city he invented was Las Vegas. This was a great man, a man of vision and guts. And there isn't even a plaque, or a signpost or a statue of him in that town! Someone put a bullet through his eye. No one knows who gave the order. When I heard it, I wasn't angry; I knew Moe, I knew he was head-strong, talking loud, saying stupid things. So when he turned up dead, I let it go. And I said to myself, this is the business we've chosen; I didn't ask who gave the order, because it had nothing to do with business!
