This is by far my favorite gym in all of WNY. I travel 30 minutes just to train here when I live within walking distance of LA fitness and Catalyst. Adam is the most professional and knowledgeable trainer I've ever had the privilege of working with, and the atmosphere here is unlike any other. It seems like one big family every time I walk through the door.

Adam Ferchen has unleashed an absolute MONSTER with his gym as it has quickly become the powerlifting Mecca of WNY. With top of the line equipment from Buddy Capp Texas bars, Rogue, and so many more to name that could easily make this place heavenly for any gym rat. ELITE is also known for producing Pro Card Champion Body Building programs, as clients from Elite have gone on to enjoy top levels of success at nationally recognized Body Buliding shows. Ego's are left outside the door, and the comradery shared between members is something no other gym can offer, everyone at that gym pushes one another, you can easily find yourself caring about the goals of others more then your own at times. This gym has the demon love child effect, offering the sleek and sexy physique you've always dreamed about or all the weight you could ever want to bang around when your pissed off!!!
