I'm an independent trainer and have been training a client at Elysium for a couple of months now. The co-owners Tom and Tony are super helpful and run a tight ship, the facilities and equipment are clean and well-maintained, and my training experience at Elysium has been very positive. It's great to have such a high quality facility where I can train my clients, and I look forward to training more clients there in the future.

Nice place, small, lots of gym equipment in separate rooms. We go to see a Physical Therapist, Tom Guimond, who has offices there and it seems very well run. Nice reception staff and locker rooms.
