I have had an abolutely terrible experience with this company. It has felt like a bait and switch ever since my event 8 weeks ago. Their contracted requested a $500 deposit for the event, which is not a problem, HOWEVER, they have yet to return my money. I have emailed 4 different email addresses multiple times and NO ONE has been able to tell me by when I will receive my deposit. The phone number given to me is magically disconnected as well. While the event space is beautiful, I could never have an event here again due to this.

Owner and employees of this company lack professionalism, empathy and sympathy towards their customers. Owner is very condescending and lacks taking ownership of mistakes and lacks attempt to satisfy customers and find resolutions to issues. Will NOT use this business in the future.

Terrible. They took $700 from me to book a room which I had to cancel 8 months in advance. Their policy is a full refund and they told me they'd do it but never did and ignored all of my 6 emails. Had to get my money back via PayPal. Completely unprofessional and just embarrassing to be called a business.

i have been doing my monthly event at this studio and all i can cay is "The best". We are looking forward to do more events in this studio. The Owner is awesome and we have built a great relationship. Thank you Energi :)
