I love that the studio offers tower group classes which are so rare and I especially love Kylee’s classes on Thursdays because she teaches intermediate exercises like swan, parakeet and teaser with the push down bar. She is excellent at correcting my form and provides hands on assistance to everyone. Sometimes Tower classes underutilize the equipment and feel more like a mat class, not the case with Kylee. I highly recommend everyone to try the Cadillac / tower class with her. It’s also a beautiful, clean studio with a skylight and picture windows facing a quiet courtyard in the back.

In Booklyn, there are many pilates studios but Enso Pilates is the only place with tower classes. Tower introduced me to a new realm of pilates that provides nice, deep stretches. I also enjoy some nice touches to the studios like candles, complimentary goods, and cute socks

Have been practicing here since soft opening in summer 2023! Very bright, welcoming, and energetic vibe and nice equipment. Tried private, duet, group, workshop so far and all were amazing! Definitely helped a lot with my core strength and flexibility, and made my movement better in other sports and day to day activities. Highly recommend!

We are so fortunate to have this studio in our neighborhood ! Beautiful squeaky clean space with only top quality equipment and classically trained teaching . If you are practicing Pilates now or would like to know more about pilates check out this studio, it offers classical training that can strengthen your body while uplifting your spirts .

It is my first Pilates experience, and Renee is such a good and caring instructor. She really cares about precision and wanna me to try my best! The space is lovely! (I love the scent in the restroom 😂) They have a cute garden as well - would be a great place to do some stretching with some fresh air.
