Equinox East 63rd Street is by far my favorite Equinox (or gym in general) in the city. The club is always spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully laid out, making every workout feel comfortable and stress-free. The classes are excellent and consistently led by top-notch instructors who know how to motivate and challenge you in the best way, and who genuinely care about everyone in the room.

The staff and members are both incredibly friendly and welcoming, which gives the whole place a great energy and community feel. The amenities here are outstanding and include a spa offering massages and other treatments, hot tubs, pool, sauna, steam rooms, and even a cold plunge that’s perfect for recovery.

It’s the ideal balance of fitness, wellness, and luxury all in one place. If you’re looking for one of the best Equinox experiences in New York City, this location truly stands out among the rest.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Coach+ Saez is the best!

Coach+ Saez at Equinox 63rd Street is truly outstanding. He’s incredibly caring and methodical, and always takes the time to explain why we’re doing each movement and what muscles or core areas it’s targeting. His practical tips and clear explanations make every workout feel purposeful and safe.

What really stands out is how much he cares beyond the session — he checks in, motivates me in between workouts, and keeps me accountable. I’ve trained with several coaches before, but Saez’s combination of expertise, encouragement, and personal attention is unmatched.

I actually extended my sessions at Equinox because of him. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely invests in your progress and helps you understand your body better while getting stronger, I couldn’t recommend Coach+ Saez more highly.

Came in to try to use the Amex credit and they ran out of gift cards after keeping me waiting for 20 minutes. Then I sat down to search for a nearby location and the front desk person came twice in a minute to ask me to leave because it’s a private club and I didn’t have right to use the space - I was literally on Google map trying to find another location that would work, they didn’t have to be so aggressive about chasing people out. And of course he has no idea about anything of equinox, completely useless and very annoying. If anything please try to be more knowledgeable about your own company and be more helpful.

Ever since the new manager arrived - she must have arrived last year or something, things have gone so downhill. I’ve never seen someone be so mean to their customers and staff. I like equinox a lot but this is totally unacceptable. I’ll never use this location again until things change.

Equinox should be ashamed to have this as one of their locations. Very poor representation of your once respected brand.

WORST location in New York BY FAR. Equinox needs to get a grip, something is going very wrong here. It’s been the worst gym for several years now.
Big fan of all locations downtown. Equinox, wake up.

As a long time equinox member, I wanted to try this new "exclusive" location, this place was more than disappointing. It's not worth it. Also and most important the service is totally unacceptable. I left a claim and I never got a call nor was contacted. Inmediately I downgrade my membership.

As a long time equinox member and frequent visitor of 63E, I must say that the experience at this location has been declining at an alarming rate.
1. (Most pressing issue) The place is too small for the amount of personal training allowed going on. It used to be spacious but starting last year it’s been very congested with trainers taking up a LOT of space. I understand pt is a big part of the gym’s offering, but it should not come at the expense of regular members’ ability to use the space and equipments comfortably. What was once a spacious and well-balanced environment now feels consistently cramped.
2. In addition to personal training congestion, the overall number of visitors has clearly increased. Equipment availability has dropped, and the gym floor often feels uncomfortably packed. The user experience has suffered significantly compared to prior years when member flow was better managed and access to equipment more reasonable.
3. Poor Air Conditioning on the Second Floor
With summer temperatures rising, the second floor has become unbearably hot. The air conditioning system does not seem to be functioning adequately.

I didn’t actually work out at the gym—I just stopped by to buy some gym wear from their store. I would rate the salesperson, Mia, a 10/10. She was incredibly helpful and supportive, not only providing exactly the information I needed for the gym wear, but also introducing me to a lot of useful details about the gym. And just to note, she wasn’t pushy at all—no hard selling, just genuinely great service. Thank you, Mia, thank you for making my day wonderful.❤️❤️

I slipped and fell on a wet floor leading into the men's locker room. A worker had been cleaning the floor, which was slippery from water and soap. He was around the corner and not visible from where I slipped. When he saw that I fell, he merely pointed to the "Wet Floor" sign (which also was not visible from where I was walking), turned away and continued cleaning. He showed no concern and did not ask whether I was ok. (Other members have posted complaints about how nasty the locker room attendants in this club are). I communicated what happened to an assistant manager, who assured me I would hear from the manager the next day. I also communicated to her that the walls in the pool area are often crawling with bugs, which other members have also noticed. I used to give the club 5-star reviews but now I question what value Equinox provides for the $300 a month membership fee they charge.

★ 1

The personal trainers at this particular equinox dominate the floor often taking up two or even three machines at a time. They also tend to be rude if approached to use one of the machines. The client base is rude and usually there are at least two members on their speaker phones on the gym floor while I'm trying to workout. The management is ineffectual. I've been told to address the issue with a floor trainer/ monitor but there are none. After approaching one member to lower their voice, I was verbally assaulted by them and felt at risk of a physical confrontation. The management did nothing except but get annoyed at me for complaining. The gym also does not monitor safety. The gym floor is small and members put others at risk by misusing equipment. The air conditioning system has also been broken for most of the summer.

After 22 years as a loyal Equinox member, I have cancelled my membership. Other than hearing that the recent price increase now had my membership over $300 per month, the General Manager gave me less than 2 minutes of her time and never asked me to sit down and discuss my extensive Equinox history. Her lack of interest as to additional reasons a longtime member like myself was cancelling my membership confirmed that my decision to leave was the right one.

While we were working out my friend’s experience at Equinox on 63rd and Lexington was nothing short of appalling. During a workout, a maintenance worker unplugged the machine she was using without warning, which caused her to fall off and injure herself. Cleaning practices also appear haphazard, raising safety concerns. Customer service here is dismissive at best; rather than addressing issues, staff often act irritated when asked for help. This location's reputation for a “premium experience” feels far from the reality. Horrible, just horrible.

Bad management. Management will scam you and run your credit card. Pushy Sales tactics, lie to you, send you to the ER, steal your money, and then ghost you. I have easily spent thousands at your club every month and in return, your employees reply with "We have your card on file" and generously tip themselves with my card. Lied to my face sent me to the ER and left me with hospital bills. I could have gotten an Uber instead of a multiple thousand-dollar emergency bill.

I don't want to return to your club. I would only never go to Hudson Yards at this point. I have said positive things in the past and said I loved it. I tried communicating since October of last year. You have wasted so much of my time and money. All of my sessions were pulled after I was hurt and I specifically said not to. Corporate and individual greed. Management doesn't want to help and Emma ghosted me. It ends up being a spam email from Renne Moore telling me to make up my sessions at sports club before they "expire". This was right after Christmas, right after needing surgery after the incident. I tried to not be negative after the incident and to try and enjoy the holidays. I have all of the emails.

I have been a dedicated Equinox member for years, mainly frequenting the UWS locations. However, I recently visited the East 63rd location while on the UES and was pleasantly surprised. It felt like a hidden gem to me, as I usually don't venture across the park. I have already recommended this location to my friends in the area. The gym is clean, spacious, and well laid out, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience!

My friend asked me if I can join him to the gym. He told me this was his favorite gym, so I tried it out. When we got there, everything was fine. We was greeted at the front desk very nicely. We were working out together. Until it seemed like a manager....it was woman with a mole on her face said we couldn't talk or work out together. I could understand if he was training me and getting paid for his service. This was not the case. This was simply two friends working out together. This made us both upset. I like this gym until this person approached us. I would have joined but she was so rude to us. The way she looked at me in disgust. I don't know. I had a bad feeling from the beginning from this one person alone. Everyone else was fine. I've never ever seen my friend get upset...ever! This woman really ruined his entire night.

I was ripped of with almost $2,000 by Equinox. I requested a frizz on my account because I was leaving the country. I called multiple and emailed this location and Equinox every time a charge to my card was made to tell them to stop and they continued to take the money from my account without my permission and against my will.

Equinox is robbing people.

Also, this location is tiny; it only has one leg press machine and only one machine to do other work out, and is lacking many machines.

Please note: at this location you will find needles on the steam room floor.

I am looking to submit a lawsuit online against them.

We had an incident with one of the maintenance employees resulting in personal injury and bleeding due to their unprofessionalism and constant bad mood. The management refused to take any action. Moreover, during our next visit, we overheard this person speaking about us to other employees and making fun of the incident, thinking we didn’t understand the language.

We’ve spoken to other members who have had similar experiences with this person being extremely rude and unprofessional. I wish management would take these matters more seriously.

Overpriced and staff is rude, including front desk staff. I had gone to the same woman for 9 + years (since I was 16) for my eyebrows. She came to Equinox on 63rd when I was in college, I believe, so 2008-2010 and recently she left about a few years ago in 2020-2021? to live in another country. So I’ve seen Lydia there twice in two years, and both times she’s been pretty rude and handsy with the face. If I’m paying over $75 to get my eyebrows done I don’t need an attitude paired with it because I told you to shape them a little more? Save your money and go somewhere else! It’s NYC there’s plenty of people who do good work here if you have the patience to find someone.

Place is one of the worse Equinox in the city. The fact that they made it a “destination” location is sad. The gym floor is small barely any equipment they give the cardio equipment more space then actual gym equipment. Oh yea the gym floor is on all multiple levels. You need to go up or down 2 full flight of stairs to get from one floor to the next. Very few legs machines. The people there are entitled i noticed. Only reason there making this a “destination” location simply because of the plunge pool THAT IS ALWAYS OUT OF ORDER. When it is working 50+ degrees. Stay away

I suffered a traumatic and humiliating experience at this gym after being a dues paying member of the Flagship location from April 2016 to Oct 2019. I was billed twice within the month of April 2023, then I had my membership terminated by the Assistant Managers without them providing any incident report upon request to explain the reason for the termination. Moreover, I attempted to resolve the abrupt termination with the Flatiron and Borough Hall locations and my attempts were unsuccessful. At some point last year, this Equinox decided to become a “Destination” and is no longer available for you unless you buy into an upgraded membership. I’ve gone several times this year, and experienced days when the hot tub, steam rooms, and pool was out of order. Today, I was told I no longer have access to the gym because I haven’t upgraded. The pool is a little short but it gets the job done. Super gross when sweaty folk jump into the ice plunge/spas without showering first (as required but not everyone follows this basic, common-sense rule) - need more vigilance down there - yuck. This is one of the better Equinox locations I've been to. I like their facilities though spread out on several different floors and involves lots of stairs. Men's locker room is well maintained. Soap dispensers always work and are filled. It's the little things in life. The front desk staff are especially polite. 12/19/22 downgrading my previous glowing review. They closed the spa section, pool, hot tub and etc, without putting any notices up in the gym. I got an email last week about the steam room being out of commission, but not one about closing the spa. They could have posted notices a month in advance. Is it reasonable to expect someone to call each and every time to make sure the facilities are up and running and accessible?

One star deducted because you have to pay a destination membership here even though I don’t think it warrants the price tag compared to the other destination locations. Also, when there are promos and you can bring guests, guests are excluded from the destination locations, but they aren’t excluded from this one: “Guest pass excludes our Destination locations: Hudson Yards, Equinox Sports Club Upper West Side, Greenwich Avenue & Printing House.” So it feels like even Equinox knows this isn’t a true destination tier, but still charges that.

Otherwise, I would give a 5 star just for the amazing maintenance crew in the women’s locker room. I come here 3-4 times a week in the mornings and see the same cleaning lady. She doesn’t just clean… she CLEANS!!! She gets her elbow grease into it, getting on ladders to clean the fans, wiping down all the lockers, getting into the gaps between the benches, polishing the mirrors, spraying down the showers, everything. The detail and effort with which she cleans amazes me. I never see her stop cleaning and I have peace of mind knowing this space is super clean. (I wish I caught her name tag but she’s always working so hard I can’t catch her name). I’ve been to a lot of the other locations and while those are nice and clean too, it’s never to the standard that this lady keeps it at.

I am an Equinox member and went to the spa for a hydrafacial. Warning, they market this as a hydrafacial and it's a bait and switch - the esthetician fumbled with the machine for a few minutes and just touched my skin with it maybe 5 times and did not complete the whole process. Instead she gave me a facial with different and more expensive products trying to push me to buy them. The whole thing left my skin red and broken out. To add to this, the manager, Bianca Rose, could not have cared less and did not respond to emails. Further, the concierge Equinox did the exact same thing and ghosted me. I used to be an Equinox member several years ago, but am not currently -- today's experience reminds me why!

A friend gave me a generous gift for a massage at this 63rd St Spa location. The initial time he scheduled was a placeholder. Today when I called to rebook for a specific time that worked for me, the person who answered the phone could not have been more rude, abrupt, and unhelpful. She gave me absolutely no information, when I said what I needed to do, she just barked 'when do you want to come?" I would have expected a confirmation on the massage therapist I might currently have booked, days/times that person was available, possibly other options, but no, none of that. When I asked her to confirm the massage therapist I was already booked for, I heard a heavy sigh and then she said 'yes.' After a couple of tense back and forths where I was guessing times she finally said 'fine' when I hit one that worked and then after a few seconds, hung up and ended the call.

The whole experience was extremely unpleasant and now I'm actually dreading my appointment. Not exactly what you want for an expensive 'luxury' service! To make things worse, the appointment confirmations keep going to the text and email of my friend who made the appointment - it would have been great if the booking person had given me an option to change the notifications, as I clearly told her that someone else had booked it for me.

I called the Equinox main customer service line to lodge a formal complaint however after sitting on hold for 30 minutes I gave up. This level of customer service seems unacceptable for a company trying to promote itself as a luxury brand.

I've never fully invested in myself when it came to the gym. At best I would start a membership at a low-cost gym and never make it there, feeling uninspired by the facilities. Today I decided I would change that, and found my way to this facility.

After signing up for a tour, I was immediately contacted by Gavonte who offered to see me the very same day. I'm so glad to have connected with him - he took the time to really listen to my story, my wants and needs, what I was looking for, and what my plans in committing were. Every step of the way he was patient and receptive, never pushing me a direction I didn't want to go, and sharing with me all the ways I could maximize my investment.

I left a new member of Equinox at E 63rd St. I can say for sure this is not only due to what was offered at this particular location, but also because of my experience with Gavonte. He made me feel that this commitment and investment in myself is worth it, something I absolutely needed to hear and feel. I would recommend him to any prospective client, he'll take great care of you!!

I've been to like 5 Equinox locations, got my membership a few days ago. This one is my favorite so far! Nice jacuzzis, steam and sauna on the same level are large and clean, and the staff is attentive. Will probably be my home gym.

This review comes from a female, after having 2 children and not exercising properly for a couple of years.

It was important for me that my next physical endeavor is one that will stick, based on lots of self care, a good routine and a wide range of relaxation and spa options, a wide range of cardio options and classes that would power me out, and a beautiful setting.

I did a lot of research based on these things and found this particular Equinox. I was worried when I went to my tour because I didn’t know if it would be my scene and if I would be comfortable there.

Gavonte was my first contact person and I was really blown away by his kindness and sensitivity. He made me feel right at home, took notes, showed me around and made this first visit so much fun. He did not push anything on me and that felt so honest and good. I signed up. He also immediately set up my assessment with a trainer he thought would be a great match.

2 days later I had an assessment with Liza, my new trainer. She was also so kind and sweet, very professional and knowledgeable and made the assessment fun. The following day I had my complementary training session with Liza. She came fully prepared based on the issues we had discussed. The session was amazing and I booked more sessions with her.

The whole facility has everything anyone could imagine, from a pool, sauna, steam room, beautiful yoga studio, Pilates studio, boxing room etc. You can download the app, go through the entire schedule so easily in the app and get notified when registration for your classes starts. It’s really fun.

Signing up to this Equinox was the best thing I’ve done for myself all year. I love going!

I was excited to use this gym, but was extremely disappointed in my experience in the shop. I was told I had a discount on my first purchase, so I decided to try on a few shirts. The employees there were incredibly rude, acted like I was a giant inconvenience and gave me terrible attitude (while talking about the coffee they were going to get for breakfast). I will never come back to this location after that experience

Collegiate swimmer here with a pool review!

Overall, gym isn’t bad. Just need to be aware of a few things about the pool if you’re a dedicated or recreational lap swimmer:

-On early mornings, evenings after 7pm, and weekends, the pool is extremely, extremely busy. Average wait times during those hours are approaching an average of an hour or two wait to use a lane. You can’t reserve a lane, it is first-come-first serve, which means that you must wait in line in order to maintain your seniority in line, which means waiting by the pool for an hour or two.

-Swim times are 30min max - NOT 30min to swim, 30min from when they call your name to when you must exit the water. Theoretically, if no one is waiting in line behind you for your lane, you may continue longer (which means don’t swim on weekends or on week nights if you want more time).

-Swim cap must be worn at all times while in the water, no matter the stroke or exercise.

-Pool closes at 9pm on week days, and - again - very long waits for a lane after 7pm, so don’t plan on swimming if you don’t make it to the gym before about 6pm or earlier.

If you’re cool with these very short swim times and you don’t like swimming at night anyway, then it’s a wonderful gym! Obviously a little expensive and may not be worth the huge cost for you, but for all other weight lifting or cardio classes it may be worth the money. In my personal opinion as an avid swimmer with a huge interest and extensive background in swimming, however, I would argue finding other pool options first that are much more ideal and much more worth the price for what you get. Most city pools should be back in service by summer 2021.

Was convenient location to get my laps in. Hot/cold plunge saved my legs after logging miles. Robert is the best coach and scheduled run/bike/swim classes consecutively for those looking for a brick workout. I’m just bummed I no longer spend enough time in NYC. Would love to see an Equinox open in Palm Beach!

I am a member of Equinox and was attempting to refer my girlfriend for a discounted corporate membership. Several membership representatives explained there was a promotion going which included a $100 gift card. As such, we proceeded to have her join while working with Rachel Cohen who works as a corporate sales manager. We later found out that the sales contract did not include the promotion and requested it be included. Rachel tried to explain that this promotion wasn't in place now which seemed strange as that wasn't what we were told.

After additional conversations with other managers we determined that she made a mistake and forgot to properly reflect this promotion in the membership. We attempted to contact Rachel, but she was elusive, rude and would either hang up or refuse to speak with us about the issue. Be careful to avoid her at all costs.

Not 100% sure what the reason behind low scores are on this location, but personally speaking this location is in my top 3 visited across the city. I can do my entire bulking routine here. Maybe the only thing I wish there’d be is more variety of barbell free weights upstairs. Very clean and very friendly staff!

I’ve been going to Equinox for 13 years. I didn’t consider this location since it wasn’t nice at all before. But! Now this place is newly renovated. Nice and super clean.
Didn’t have any issues with management. I think they are doing a very good job.
Personnel is very friendly. Cleaning ladies are quiet and keep the gym perfectly clean. After each class in the yoga studio they sweep the floor. They put mats for you, take to wash them after each class, organize the equipment in studios non-stop. I give them 10 out of 5. I haven’t seen it in other Equinox clubs.
Most of the instructors are top of the top, others are trying hard, but may be just not my vibe. Lots of sub teachers, but all of them are cool. Personal trainer that was assigned to me was outstanding.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is the design of lockers & some tiny showers. Locker rooms were designed by drunk ppl probably. Walls are at such a weird angle, I feel dizzy in it. But it’s clean and very nice finishes were used. Lots of beautiful marble!
I would definitely recommend this location!

Theis location is usually jam packed during the normal hours just a fair warning and if your not an early riser be prepared to have to wait for machines due to multiple trainers hogging the machines. The steam room at this location (mens) is absolutely horrible and the overall quality since the investor scandal that was a trump supporter was exposed members like myself have clearly seen a decline in services. I've had 2 family members join because of me and they experienced body shaming in the pool area and two of my asian friends experienced discrimination. Managment doesn't address things like this in a timely manner
I travel often and noticed that in other states (Connecticut ,Mass,Vienna Va) are horribly small and doesn't match what I was charged for all access. All these things are a result of me cancelling my membership after being a member for more than 2 years.

The gym is always sparkling clean and it’s newly remodeled .

Went to the Spa at East 63rd location a few weeks ago. It was not my first time. Two or three previous times I have had a good experience with my facial, not so good with the massage. Last time around, I noticed that the esthetician who gave me a facial was fixing the bed without changing the sheets. And when I got home I also found a long hair stuck in my sweater. When I complained and asked for a full refund, the spa manager told me I was wrong, the sheets were changed, the hair - can happen to anybody everywhere. Refund - no way. Should you ever decide to give us more of your money for not fresh sheets, we would love to have you back. Think twice before you trust your body to their sheets. Also, the facial was not so good either last time comparing to the first time. No sure why.

Ok, so as a disclaimer, I'm posting these reviews for my reference. I have an All Access Membership, and I want to visit as many of these as I can, to see which one I like most/would like to go to.
My interests are powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, swimming, so my review will be geared towards that.

This gym has four floors, but they are small floors. LL2 is for the swimming pool and spa, which as of 06 March 2019 is closed for renovation. That might take six months or so. LL1 is for cardio. The ground floor has the cafe - which has a good amount of vegan options - the Shop, which has possibly the best selection of men's workout clothing, which I still think is inadequate (I didn't like anything, and it's really expensive). The 1st floor has the lifting area with I think has four squat racks, which is great, enough space to deadlift and two or three benches. It also has deadlifting platforms, which is something I really appreciate that Equinox has.

Even though this location has a pool, I found it somewhat lacking. The area downstairs for cardio doesn't have machines that are linked to the internet; and I had trouble getting on the guest network. It does have a nice big locker room for changing. In the lobby is a Juice Generation and it has a really big Retail space if you like shopping at the Equinox gyms for new clothes.

Super expensive but you get what you pay for with this. It's got a hot tub, pool, suana, several steam rooms, hot/cold pool. They trainers really know what their doing. The whole equinox system is great. I really enjoyed being at this gym. Unfortunately, I've moved but I do recommend this gym and particularly this branch. Although the pool is pretty good, I hear it's hard because it's so in demand. Ice not used it at all.

I went as a guest of my neighbor last week. The pool was great, but a little intimidating as Im not the strongest swimmer and you are supposed to swim laps. I really enjoyed the hot tub too, and the steam sauna. The attendant in the women's locker room was excellent. She took me on a tour of the pool facility and helped me with items I needed.

I’ve been going to this Equinox for years. $200+ a month. I think it’s the only one with a hot tub and cold plunge. It’s not very much like the other Equinoxes in terms of style. In other words it’s dated and really needs to be renovated. The locker room shower doors are wobbly plastic. The grout is cracked and worn. Panels are filled with blackdisgudting mildew. The men’s steam room has broken tiles. A specific tile has been broken for years. It’s not as chic and upscale as many other locations.

Speaking to the manager there... With a smile. Appreciates the patience but gives zero *ucks because it is what it is. You don't like it? Go somewhere else. Renovations this summer.

It needs to be renovated. The photos attached by equinox of this location’s interior are not even of the gym :-(

Corporate.... please send help!!!! A friend of mine looked at the gym to join and balked at the rate for the facility.

Obviously there are other locations but this is probably one of the older equinoxes that is still in. It’s in a great location... it deserves to shine

This is by far one of the worst Equinox gyms in the city. The men’s locker room was atrocious for an Equinox. $200+ a month and no locks? Shower doors that wobble, messy gross floors, empty face creams, the list goes on. Time to put all those member dollars into some upgrades! There are many better Equinoxes around the city...skip this one.

Equinox at 63rd street and Lex has really bad customer service -- it seems like they are completely uninterested in word of mouth or repeat members. Instead of trying to keep a previously happy member leaving with a smile after 4+ years, they were solely focused on squeezing out every last penny from me on my way out.

I am moving out of the city and the general manager (Scott) enforced the 45 day notice period to end my membership as stated in the contract. He wouldn't even give me the ability to cancel on 30+ days' notice without charging additional fees, all despite the fact that I won't be able to use the gym after my move.

I respect companies that empower their employees to use good judgment and to take a long view -- Equinox did the exact opposite here. Please rethink your policies or the way they are implemented.

This is not a bad equinox location, not overcrowded even at 6pm on a weekday. It has a pool and jacuzzi on the lower level (-2). Lockers are on -1, as well as smaller workout space with equipment, ground floor has reception, cafe and waiting area, and then another floor (1st) is a main area with equipment and everything. A lot of trainers. I had my equifit done and personal training session with Dasha and can recommend her (she is the one with killer figure, very tall and either Slavic or Scandinavian looking blonde). Have a good workout!

WORST CLUB IN NYC. Arrogant and incompetent staff and massive communication messups with HQ. Everything is about the Staff and how important they are. This Club is NOT Client focused. Expect to be harassed about minor billing matters that they could handle privately (actually ganging up on the customer) and have the Club closed if the Staff wants it closed. Terrible, mismanaged club with great coaches and a great juice bar staff. PASS. This will completely wear you down over time.
