One of the coolest indoor and outdoor fitness experiences. Great recovery options, from the cold plunge to the Barrel Saunas along with massage guns and rollers. Really cool Group options from boxing, pilates, hiit and yoga. The outdoor circuit class was really awesome especially if you’re training for a Hyrox. Also the water fountain had a sparkling option which I personally loved!

Hard to say enough great things about Hamptons Equinox. From the first visit, there is a welcoming and motivated feeling from the staff as well as the members. Facilities are immaculate, they offer a wide variety of classes that keep your routine fresh and challenging. The community here is unrivaled. If you're looking for a gym that exceeds your expectations, this is it.
Special shout-out to Waz and his MetCon, Fully Vested and Athletic Conditioning classes. These workouts are consistently challenging, well-structured, and fun, but Waz’s energy and professionalism makes these classes truly outstanding. Strength and stamina have dramatically improved since starting, and I always leave Hamptons Equinox feeling accomplished. Worth every penny.

Equinox in the Hamptons is absolutely incredible — hands down the best gym experience I’ve ever had. The sauna and cold plunges are a total game changer and make recovery feel like a luxury spa day. The variety of classes is amazing, from high-energy workouts to calming yoga, all led by super motivating instructors. The whole space feels elevated, clean, and perfectly designed for both performance and relaxation. If you're in the Hamptons and care about your fitness and wellness, this place is a must.

Equinox x Hamptons is a luxurious summer fitness experience that perfectly blends high-end wellness with the laid-back vibe of the East End. The space is sleek and beautifully designed, offering everything from curated classes to spa-like recovery amenities. Instructors are top-tier from all over the world throughout the Equinox network. What truly sets it apart is the tight-knit community, it quickly starts to feel like a home away from home. Whether you're a weekend regular or spending the whole season out East, there's a familiar, welcoming energy that makes it easy to stay committed to your goals. This premium experience makes it well worth it for those looking to maintain or elevate their routine in a setting that’s both stylish and supportive.

I have been a member of this location for 3 of the last four summers and look forward to joining again. It is perhaps the only full service gym in the hamptons where classes of various formats are included without limit. Equinox brings in the top instructors from around the country and curates a great experience. The gym floor is always clean and bright with all the equipment you may need. While there is always room for improvement, my experience has been 5 star from the beginning. And the team at this location is stellar. Just all around nice people.

You’re little escape from all the of the Hamptons madness. World class talent, in the workout classes. Definitely be sure to catch a class with Waz. It continuously gets better year after year. A great place to sweat whether it’s in the sauna or on the gym floor.

Equinox + Hamptons is my happy place! It’s easily the friendliest luxury club in the Hamptons- featuring Equinox’s top instructors in everything from yoga to heavy strength training. The trainers and teachers are exceptional - with master-level knowledge while still being welcoming & unpretentious. It’s open, luxury vibe ensures that you receive personal attention, even when you’re taking class with one of the Equinox app’s star teachers.
As for the facility - I love its indoor/outdoor vibe. The gorgeous barrel sauna, cold plunge and on-trend outdoor showers feel like my own private, quiet oasis. It gets better every year!

This place is a hidden gem out East. Yeah, it gets busy - but somehow it still feels grounded. It's got a good energy in the space - like no matter what's happening around you, you can still drop in an focus
The floor itself isn't big, but it feels elevated and curated. And the outdoor space is such a game changer - moving AND recovering outside just hits different lol
Plus the group classes? Insanely good. Every instructor brings something different, and I always leave feeling stronger and more connected to my body
Even if it's a seasonal splurge, honestly, it's the kind of place that makes you WANT TO SHOW UP!!

I really like this gym because it offers something a bit different; there's an indoor setup with lots of equipment, plus spaces that open up to let in fresh air and sunlight. The gym itself isn’t big compared to other Equinox locations, but everything at the club feels clean and well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and helpful, giving the place a relaxed, community-focused vibe.
There's plenty of room if you're into weightlifting, and they also have a good variety of group classes like Pilates, yoga, HIIT, athletic conditioning, etc. I'd definitely recommend checking it out if you're looking for a gym with a good atmosphere and a ton of workout options this summer.

I love visiting the Equinox Hamptons pop-up whenever I can during the summers. The space is beautifully designed, with a really nice open-air feel and thankfully it never gets too crowded. I’ve taken a few group classes there and the instructors are really great/attentive.
I also really like the outdoor barrel sauna and cold plunge tubs - these are really cool amenities and something I have only seen at the Hudson Yards Equinox location. Definitely check out this location if you're in the Hamptons this summer.

This is an OASIS for people that love to workout outdoors! It’s so nice to have access to the Equinox experience out in the Hamptons, feels like a home away from home. Also, can’t really beat a sauna and cold plunge session after a fresh air workout with their quality equipment or after experiencing a class with any of the top tier instructors that come out from the city. Recommend!

Equinox Hamptons has truly nailed the balance between luxury, function, and atmosphere. The mix of indoor and outdoor gym spaces gives it that elevated, breezy vibe—reminds me of the Equinox in LA. The open-air training area is such a bonus, especially on those perfect Hamptons mornings. Everything feels clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed to enhance your workout, whether you're strength training, taking a class.
Staff is professional and friendly, the equipment is top-tier, and the overall experience feels like a true wellness escape. Highly recommend if you're looking to stay consistent with your training over the summer.

Equinox Hamptons is without doubt one of the most luxurious and well-run clubs. Aesthetically it is simply unrivalled, with both indoor and outdoor space.
The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making every visit feel personalized. The equipment is top tier and it has everything you need for your workout. The group fitness classes are held in a separate studio space next door to the club called "The Gallery". Equinox offer daily HIIT, Yoga and Pilates classes. The instructors are hand picked and come from their clubs in Miami, LA, Chicago, NYC, Canada and even London!
The facility also has a sauna, cold plunges and Normatec compression boots for the ultimate recovery routines. The bathrooms are stocked with everything you might need, including Grown Alchemist products, fresh towels and bath robes. And the overall vibe? Sophisticated but welcoming — perfect for anyone serious about their fitness or just looking to recharge in style.
If you’re spending time in the Hamptons and want to stay on top of your wellness game, Equinox is a no-brainer. Worth every penny for the upgrade.
Lastly, the biggest bonus... this is the only Equinox location that accepts 'drop ins' for the club and for group fitness classes. So non-members are also welcome!

Waz’s classes are hard and well programmed. I know I can dial in and get a really effective workout in so I can enjoy the rest of the day.
Gym floor is well organized and motivating. Not crowded depending on when you go. Has all the equipment you need and everyone keeps to themselves so you can focus on your session.
Lovely outdoor area if you want to tan while training with turf, sleds, cardio equipment etc.
Ice baths and barrel sauna for before and after your workout.
I come everyday over the summer and love it and the staff! If you workout 4+ times a week I recommend getting a membership!

Total rip off - they want you to pay an extra $400 a month to work out at this bare bones location they try and pass off as a trendy "pop up" - this location doesn't even have a locker room.

It was my first time visiting the Hamptons this past 4th of July weekend. I arrived via the new Blade Streamliner. I walked from Bridgehampton Community House to the gym and it was so beautiful. I paid $75 for the day pass but idc it was worth it. I worked out, explored, shopped at The Shop, drank a lot of sparkling flavored electrolyte and vitamin-infused water, etc. Danielle helped me as I shopped for merch and I don't recall the names of the other 5 or 6 other Equinox team members onsite on Friday, July 5th but they were all so nice and helpful. I even asked for advice on which beach I should hit up. Every single member of the team Equinox x Hamptons is so friendly and helpful! :D I was genuinely ecstatic to be a visitor. I had read alot of complaints online so I didn't know what to expect but it exceeded my expectations and I can't wait 'til next summer for this pop-up when I return to the Hamptons. I loved the new machines and weights and the dry sauna. The cold plunge was the only lackluster thing there, otherwise everything and everyone was wonderful and it's a beautiful location in lovely Bridgehampton. As you know every Equinox location has different offerings in the bathrooms. This location has SPF!

More is less at this place. For an extra $300-$750 to all members: no showers, no changing rooms, no reasonably sized lockers, no water fountains. But they do have valet parking and a coffee machine, according to EQX this is more important for a gym.

I pay for an “all access” membership and in order to go here, I’d have to pay an extra $300 a month. Absolutely criminal. Equinox needs to be humbled. You’re a gym. I’m certain I’m canceling my membership this year because of how ridiculous this brand has been even to members.

Equinox needs to do better. I am a Hudson Yards member which is supposedly “all access” and yet I’m being asked to pay an additional $400 to workout at this location. I can go to clubs in London, but not the Hamptons? I thought the point of a pop-up was to offer a better experience for your customers, not scam them into paying for 2 memberships to the same gym. On top of that, I pay for personal training and private Pilates classes at Equinox, but can’t use them at this Equinox pop up? Please make it make sense.

The group classes at Equinox Hamptons literally changed my life! After trying all of the other gym pop ups this summer I tried equinox a few weeks ago and I’ve already lost fat and gained muscle and definition!!! I took classes with WAZ and his high intensity training mixed with his motivation has gotten me results without even changing my diet or anything else in my life. There’s a range of classes with a great roster of trainers. I can only imagine what results I’d have if I started in the beginning of the season!!! I’ll make sure to book my classes in advance next summer.
Also, it’s very clean, the staff is very professional and courteous and I appreciate being able to workout outside in the Fresh Air.

This location is a bit of a scam. They don’t have showers, they don’t have proper locker rooms (only lockers), so you can’t change, no steam room, sauna, proper grooming stuff like shaving blades, shaving foam etc. Not only that but they lack a on ton of equipment that they have in other locations.
Now on to the scammy part: If you’re not there for the season paying $375/month in addition to your regular membership, they charge $75 for a work out. Although that’s high to solely get a weight workout in, that would be okay if they disclosed the lack of amenities when you call them to inquire, but they don’t. You only find out once you pay at the front desk and go into the club. Anyway, feeling a little disappointed with the experience.
