I love Estia House of Movement because the focus is on community and inclusivity! A lot of fitness and workout classes these days are more about making money than connecting with the person you're working with. At Estia no matter what kind of class it is, I always feel welcome and like there is room for me to show up as I am.

ESTIA House of Movement is a beautiful space. Quaint while still having everything you need for a dance class or workout. Lydia is all about love, community and attention to detail, so everyone from kids to adults who step in to take a group class or private lesson is in great hands. Can’t wait to see this place become a staple in the neighborhood.

A studio that brings together ambiance, functionality, and community. I’m SO happy a place like this opened up. The natural light is divine and the flooring works well for slinking and sliding all around for all your floor work needs.

Special shoutout to the heart & soul of ESTIA: Lydia Perakis.
She has spent years cultivating a community of people celebrating artistic expression and movement. A true professional in her craft but also one of the most caring and inviting people you’ll ever meet. If you're looking for a space to grow and connect, this is it. Take her classes!

I have been apart of the ESTIA community for a few years and it has been such a wonderful experience for me. I’ve gotten to share my art and connect with other artists- all thanks to Lydia! Not only does she cultivate and nurture artistic communities but she is a thoughtful instructor who cares about her clients and is intentional in everything she does. Highly recommend working with her in any and every capacity.

Lydia has been teaching dance to my girls (6 and 8) for the last two years, and she’s just wonderful. They adore her, they’ve grown so much, and every week I see how focused and excited they are in her class. We feel really lucky to have her as their teacher and are looking forward to her new space to host their classes.

I have attended many ESTIA events over the years including classes, day festivals, and variety shows, and it’s awesome to see them open a brick-and-mortar space. Every event I've been to has been very professional, inclusive, and just all-around inspiring. You can tell they put a lot of heart into everything they do. It’s definitely a place where anyone can learn and grow. The team is super passionate about creating meaningful experiences, and every class I’ve taken with them has been fantastic. I’m excited to see what this new chapter brings!
