Euphoria yoga is not only a yoga center but a place to center one's self, heal and get a more elevated perspective on your life. I am so lucky that Euphoria is my home studio. The space itself is beautiful, clean, welcoming and full of heart. The instructors are experts. No matter what your yoga experience, you will be supported and (if you want to be!) challenged by the class offerings. The owner of Euphoria is not only a masterful teacher, a stellar yoga "host" but also truly the embodiment of the spiritual tradition she teaches. This is a fabulous studio. I had to stop going for a while due to a back injury. When it was time for me to try again, I had a lot of trouble figuring out a practice that would not aggravate my back. Corinne, Laura and Jory have been amazing guides for me. I highly recommend Jory's Thursday class (along with his life-changing body work/Neurokinetic Therapy practice) and Laura's Monday a.m. class for people who can't do what they used to do but still relish a challenge. For advanced practitioners (lucky you!), Corinne's Level 2 classes are wonderful and renowned throughout the area.

I've been taking classes there for several years, since they opened actually. I usually go to level 2 classes on weekends. All the teachers are great, and I'm picky; been practicing since the 70's. A lot of yoga teachers go to the advanced classes. That's a great recommendation.

Corinne and the other teachers are very talented, insightful, and compassionate. My practice has improved immensely with Euphoria Yoga classes. I attend the classes not merely to stay in shape and to rejuvenate, but, to heal and grow spiritually. Euphoria Yoga is an important part of my spiritual path. Euphoria is a wonderful yoga school with excellent teachers including Carly, Corrine, and Kim!! I have not taken the other teachers yet but I feel that they also would be great, if the teachers that I have taken are any indication. If you are looking for a yoga studio filled with insight and light, this would be it.
