Evolution Fitness is a warm, friendly environment to get great fitness coaching. Shirlyn is an amazing fitness coach who challenges each individual to obtain their personal fitness goals through encouragement and expertise. The Tribe Core and Tribe Life Fitness Training sessions are amazing, Shirlyn also makes them fun! I definitely notice the difference in my strength and physical capabilities since I joined Evolution Fitness. I highly recommend Evolution Fitness in Horseheads, NY.

I’ve been a member since this became Evo Fitness. Started out great. The owners added some new equipment and kept it very clean. It is going downhill fast. There is no on-site person to stay on top of things. It is not as clean as it used to be and there are gym members who leave the place in complete disarray for others to clean up. Some of the equipment is also being need of updating or replacement.
The 24 hour aspect is convenient as I am in the gym at 4:30 am but I’m now going to join NYSF.

Was in town visiting my Mom and wanted a gym to keep up my workouts. This place was perfect, and had everything I needed. Very clean. Owners are sweet.

Great gym! Owen was able to adjust workouts to accommodate any injuries I had. The gym has a great vibe and lots of equipment. I recommend trying out the water massage table at least once!

A great place to workout with no judgements and knowledgeable coaches. I have a low thyroid and post menopause and I lost weight and gained muscle. I received lots of encouragement from Owen and the group I trained with. I highly recommend this establishment.

Just completed a 12 week challenge and can’t believe the improvements I’ve seen. Great coaching in the Tribe sessions and overall welcoming vibe in the gym. The team of coaches really helped keep the motivation to stick with the challenge and succeed. Highly recommend!!

I had great reservations about starting a new gym. So after seeing a few ads I figured I'd give it a try. The best choice I could have possibly made . The facility itself is very nice with all the equipment you would need to reach your health goals.
The owner Owen my coach is absolutely awesome. Not only did he structure a plan that's just right for me, he is a dedicated coach that will help you find your drive to keep going. I highly, highly recommend this gym. Come in meet the staff and I'm sure you'd choose them as well..

I joined 3 months ago and I'm pretty pleased. 24/7 access (although I use it between 9am-1pm most always. Plenty of machines and free weight set ups. Very clean, never crowded. I know they have classes as well but have never participated.

The owners of Evolution Fitness on Westinghouse Plaza in Horseheads, NY (former Snap Fitness) have taken an existing franchise exercise center, from a so-so facility with little or no interaction with owners or associates, to now, a locally owned business, offering a new and appealing atmosphere. With Evolution Fitness, you now experience a friendly greeting by the owners, making you feel that you have their support right from the beginning to the end of your session.
The facility has a friendly environment, brighter atmosphere and a well planned equipment layout. There is also a very noticeable sense of socialization amongst customers and the new owners. Owen and his wife have definitely found their niche in life with great passion by taking over this fitness center. I envision the two of them taking this facility to new levels, to make it one of the most desirable facilities centers in our area to exercise and get in shape, both physically and mentally.
