I tried to cancel my membership and it took me 3 visits and 4 phone calls to finally get it canceled (with extra fees of course). I do want to give 5 starts to Karissa, her customer service was outstanding. She did her part and was very apologetic for how canceling my account seemed to drag on.

I love this gym! One thing that definitely deserves 5 stars is Mitch who keeps this place absolutely spotless. I’ve never been to a gym that is this clean and constantly kept up. I’ve even seen him thoroughly clean the equipment. He deserves a BIG raise!

Beyond the incredible cleanliness, staff is friendly and also takes part in keeping the gym clean. There is always equipment being updated and fixed which is huge! Don’t see that a lot at other gyms either. There are plenty of treadmills of all kinds, plenty of free-weights, an open area for stretching/workouts, and a private room for workouts. Also a wide range of weight lifting machines to get a full body workout. This place is huge without feeling overwhelming, with so much to offer.

Being a member for years and recently became a Mom, I just wish they had a daycare or child care for those of us who want to come workout when we do have any other help. I’m sure there a lot of parents that workout here that would appreciate this as well and would be well received. One other thing I think would be well received is a smoothie/protein shake bar. Perfect area would be as you walk in to the right where the personal trainer area is. I would normally think to stop to the desk behind the welcome one for personal trainers as that’s where they are most times. Something I miss from my previous gym.

Pros:
-Good gym overall if you're looking for something basic.
-Friendly employees and gym-goers. I've made lots of friends here!
-Very, very clean!

Cons:
-It's gotten way too busy recently.
-Staff has no idea how to handle billing issues.
-Their machines used to be too close together (not 100% ADA compliant) but they fixed this mostly. I feel comfortable getting around!

I absolutely love Blink Fitness. I have been a member at several other gyms. Blink by far is the best! For one, it has a ton of equipment and machines and I never, ever have to wait for anything. For two it is super clean. The gym and locker rooms are sparkling. It is spacious and well organized. Lastly, the people who work at Blink are so friendly! They also wish me a good workout and say goodbye. They always speak to me and I love that! I would not join any other gym. Blink is the best!

The gym itself is great and the customer service is friendly. However when I cancelled my membership back around June-July of 2022 and found out recently that it was never actually cancelled. I went back today and was forced to pay again. They said I had to fill out a form. When I went to cancel the first time i called and the guy said I had to come in and do it in person. The guy there didn’t give me fill out a form. He just took my information and said I was all set. It’s bizarre customer service to be responsible for a staff members misinformation. It’s fine that mistakes happen however what’s important is making things right after the mistakes. It’s still a great gym. This might be just an odd one of experience I had also due to not checking my bank statements more diligently.

I'm currently a member and normally have no complaints. I don't need much, just a clean space that's not overcrowded to get my workout done.

However, if there's one thing I get annoyed at, it's not being open at the scheduled times the gym has posted for itself. In the 3-4 months that I've been a member, there have been a few times I've personally seen that the gym has closed earlier than the posted time. Those days where I've seen that happen, I've had to cut my workout short or just didn't get to do my workout at all those days as a result.

For example of what I'm talking about, today on New Years Eve, there were holiday hours posted with an earlier than usual closing time, as one might expect for a holiday. But the gym actually closed an hour earlier than posted (4pm instead of the posted 5pm) and there were at least a few people that showed up for the last hour and were surprised. If there was a reason the gym had to close earlier than planned, there should have been a notification to the app or message on the door for anyone expecting to be able to work out until 5pm. When I talked with the desk attendant after showing up a little before 4pm, they only knew that the closing time was 4pm, which they were in the process of preparing for, and didn't know there was a different closing time posted online and in the app.

Not being able to trust when the gym is open makes it difficult to schedule workouts in with everything else. It definitely has me questioning if I should end my membership to go elsewhere that would be more reliable.

Excellent facility. Spacious and remarkably clean. Great staff and terrific equipment. I now live in San Diego, but grew up in North Syracuse and visit my parents and grandparents twice a year. Nicolas and his colleague greeted me warmly and gave me a very, very reasonable price for the week. The process was so quick and easy -less than 2 minutes. This will be the only gym I go to when I’m in town. Living in Manhattan for the better part of my life, I started to see Blinks pop up in the city, but never went inside. I’d join in a heartbeat.
