I love this studio space — it feels warm, inviting, and deeply supportive of both yoga and meditation practices, as well as creative pursuits. Laura, the studio owner, is a kind and genuine soul who has created a sanctuary for community to gather, connect, and explore the body–mind–Spirit connection. It’s truly a special place.

I hosted a gathering of ten friends and family members at Evolve-Z for Thanksgiving, and it was a memorable and unique experience for all of us. We felt in capable hands as Laura seamlessly led us in a full-body meditation, over a constantly changing, live musical tapestry soundtrack of expertly played didgeridoo, wooden flute, tongue drums, chimes, bells, gongs and numerous percussion, even singing mantras that danced like the sparkling lights across the ceiling. Warmed under native blankets in ergonomic recliners, we alternately melted and drifted, free of holiday stress, tension and awakened to the real pause that refreshes, with no sugary aftertaste!

I’ve had the opportunity to go for meditations with Marcie, sound immersions with Laura and Zumba with Nicky. Evolve-Z is a healthy and rejuvenating environment with amazing and talented people. 6/5 stars!
