Great gym! My favorite thing about this place is it is never crowded when I go, and I never have to wait for equipment (even for barbel squats and deadlifts). No lack of equipment, cost is really reasonable for me, there's no contracts, and staff is very nice. Would highly recommend for anyone in the neighborhood looking for a good gym that isn't crowded.

Started coming here about 6 months ago after going across the street to Planet Fitness for a few months before that.
It’s a been much better experience. I’ve come at a wide variety of times. It get busy at times but I rarely ever have to wait for a machine unlike at PF where I’d often have to complete switch my routine. Also have all the machines and weights I need, so I don’t feel as limited as before.

I became a member last Fall and it’s become one of my favorite places to go. I feel comfortable working out- everyone seems to be focused on their own goals and are willing to help you. I connected quickly with front desk staff. She holds me accountable when I miss a workout and it motivates me to return. The machines target your desired areas and are available for use. This gym provides me a sense of community. Highly recommend! ✨

It's a very friendly environment, most of the staff is nice, machines are well maintained, if the machine you want is being used, most of the time people are nice enough to let you work in. Great place for beginners and intermediate level gym goers, only complaint I have is that I wish it was open longer on weekends but other than that it's worth the price

The best gym in the area is here. People are respectful, share machines as needed, and the gym is always clean. All the machines are in good shape and are useful. It may seem like a small space but there is every machine you need! The staff is super friendly and I look forward to returning for my workouts :)

This gym has everything you need to become as strong and healthy as you need to be. The best part about it is that the machines have little to no wait time at all. Been going to this gym for 8 years now and I have not had any mishaps or problems with this gym. I increased in my strength over the years and became stronger than my friends at blink and other nearby gyms solely because this gym has a lot of availability at all times.

Kinda small, sometimes crowded. Lots of equipment, much of it is old but good enough. Very friendly staff. Dumbbells are a little disorganized and it's sometimes tricky finding matching pairs. I wish they were open a little longer on weekends.
