Dave is an incredible personal trainer (especially for pain and injury). He is patient, knowledgable, reliable and always pushes me to do the best I can. He is also extremely trustworthy and great at what he does. In our short time working together, I can already see the difference in how my body looks and feels. The workouts are rehabilitative and reduces pain for my chronic foot injury and slipped disk in my back. I would highly recommend him- his help has been truly life changing.

Dave is an awesome personal trainer! The best I could have asked for. He is dedicated at his craft, patient with you, and pushes you to be the best version of yourself! It’s been four weeks since I’ve been training with him and I see such a big difference in my appearance, energy level and endurance! As a trainer he pushes you to reach your goals and to make life changes that will impact your life forever. I have been training with Dave for a couple months and immediately seeing results. I have better stamina and I am already feeling much stronger with less back pain.

Dave makes the work out flow smoothly so you barely realize time is passing and just like that you've done a full body workout in one hour. I would highly recommend trying his program and seeing for yourself.

Soooo happy I found Dave, and just when I needed him! After a foot surgery and a year of debilitating D’écrivains tendinitis in both hands/ forearms, Dave helped me much more than PT did, with his rehabilitative exercises for both of my issues at the same time, saving my time! AND I’m out of pain, able to use my body again, even better than before. Once I experienced his sports massage… coupled with amazing stretches- I realized he’s truly a healer. And comes to me!
