Andrew is one of a kind! I’ve been training with him for almost 10 years. Not only is he the best and most professional trainer you will ever have but he is a truly caring friend. He has been there for me through the death of my husband, the marriage of my daughter, the birth of my grandchildren and my fight with cancer last year. Always sending a quick note, a kind text, just to let you know he cares. You can’t find anything better in a human being. He is beautiful inside and out!

Several years ago, I decided to purchase a few training sessions. The trainer I met was great, but he quit working at the gym midway through my plan. When the gym picked a new trainer for me, I was initially worried. Then Andrew showed up and immediately put me at ease. Not only did he take the time to get to know me, but he shared some ideas on different paths we could take together. He's a genuine person who cares about his clients not only when they're in a session but all throughout the journey. From inspiration text messages to video tips, he throws himself into your life, pushing you to accomplish more and meet your goals. When I moved to a different part of the city, he offered to endure the commute and continue training me. I trusted his decisions, and I valued his encouragement and guidance. Andrew's the kind of guy you don't want to disappoint, because he takes your goals seriously. From breakfast suggestions to avoiding the easy-to-fail gimmicks, he teaches you the basics and sets you on a path that you can stick to... and when you need his expertise, he's always there. Highly recommended, and someone I keep in touch with regularly.

Andrew is sensational. He focuses on an overall weight training program that produces excellent results in strength and fitness in general. The key is to stick with it -- he's upfront that it takes time, but the payoff is worth it. He's 100% right. Andrew takes a vested interest in you and your progress; he's a great guy who will push you toward your goals while keeping a good environment throughout. Andrew was my trainer and friend over ten years ago in Los Angeles. He worked with me on cardio, strength, diet, etc. He also assisted me with my mother in her final years. He continues to work with me, helping me in my seventies.

Years ago, I started dabbling into working out. I knew there was a cardio component to it so I excelled at the elliptical. Fast forward, I wanted to actually get serious and I didn’t see any results. That’s where Andrew and Exponential Fitness stepped in. That first session was so productive. He took a look at me, my shape, my form and knew I was on the wrong path. He got me to listen when I said “why aren’t we incorporating more cardio?”
I was two months in and started to see my shape. Muscles were forming and I really felt good about getting that more tailored wardrobe. Andrew instilled in me learnings and best practices that I continue to use today. I highly recommend him if you are done with the gimmicks and want to see results and change your lifestyle!

I've been training with Andrew for over 2 years (with a hiatus for the pandemic) and known him for even longer because my husband also trained with him. He is an incredible trainer who can really transform your body. I am 5'11" female who has always been slim and relatively fit, mainly through running. I was worried that working with weights etc would make me bulk up, but I couldn't have been more wrong. Andrew and I discussed my goals agreed we were going for a "ballerina bod" - lean and toned - and that is exactly what happened. I couldn't believe the transformation! On top of being an outstanding trainer, Andrew is an excellent human. He is kind, funny, positive and just really fun to be around. I'm always in a better mood after sessions with Andrew. If you've every considered personal training - he's your guy. Just hurry before his schedule fills up!
