The F stands for functional training, a mix of circuit and HIIT-style workouts geared towards everyday movement. 45 is the total amount of time for sweat-dripping and heart-pumping fun. With thousands of exercises in our database and a nearly infinite amount of combinations, members will almost never take the same class twice. I’ve finally found a gym where I’m not staring at the clock waiting for the workout to be over. The F45 format is for EVERYONE. don’t worry if you’re a beginner because you’ll feel comfortable and can modify anything. If you’re more advanced you’ll be challenged, and continue to be challenged. The coaches here totally look out for you, from the moment i came in to just take a trial, I felt like a part of the team and just simply at ease. This place has totally turned me into a gym addict & I LOVE the way it makes me feel for the rest of the day!!!

Found myself in a rut with my workouts at the gym, so I decided to give F45 a try. I am so happy that I did. The progress I’ve made in the past year is amazing, and it’s only getting better. So thankful for the amazing coaches at the studio, as well as the members who push you to do your best. Definitely recommend joining!!

The coaching team of Brandon, Sam, Marc, Sophia, Elena, and John are all so welcoming and approachable. They will provide instruction in a fun and energizing way that will make you enjoy the process as you work on achieving your health and fitness goals. Classes are where it’s at: a great mix of strength and cardio with an ever-changing roster of exercises to keep you both excited and optimize the pump. This place is amazing. The coaches are great and skilled at what they do and are always there to motivate, encourage, and help accomplish your goals. I love the group classes because we are all there to not only achieve our own goals, but also motivate each other at the same time.

I started with F45 a couple of months ago and thanks to the most amazing coaches, I have seen so much progress in my fitness levels. They work with you and your pace and modify all workouts to suit your needs. The coaches and the other members have become like an extended family that I see 5-6 times a week. If anyone is skeptical about joining give it a shot and I’m sure you won’t regret it.

New, big, and clean studio. Shoutout to Brandon! He is amazing—very approachable and always ready to guide and assist you. The other coaches are great too, but if you need detailed information about the studio membership, I recommend going to Brandon; he knows the studio guidelines best! The facility is kept clean and smells fresh, which is fantastic. There’s plenty of parking available, there is also Whole Foods shopping center, and a bus stop nearby. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this studio!

I joined F45 to work on my strength and lifting because I found lifting boring on my own. I’ve always loved and done cardio but as you age, you need to build strength. Not only has this workout challenged me beyond my expectations, it changes and adapts weekly so that you are never bored. Each day is different; cardio, strength or hybrid and no day is EVER easy! I have set goals for myself that I didn’t think were possible. Every trainer is friendly, helpful and pushes you and encourages you to keep going and do your best! The music is always pumping and motivates you as you sweat and work hard! I’m very glad that I found a place that challenges me daily! Can’t wait to see what the future brings! 👌💪

Started F45 in late April and it’s been a totally different experience from other gym memberships. The workouts switch up so you never get bored, but repetitive enough so that you know what you’re doing, and can go up in weight or reps. There’s also no mirrors which makes me focus more on what I’m doing vs how I look doing what I’m doing. The coaches, Brandon and Dayron are encouraging and push you in a way that’s not overbearing (iykyk) but make you want to max out. I’ve had knee pain and coach Brandon has been attentive and given me suggestions to get the workout done with less stress on my knees. Overall it’s been awesome self care, really enjoying my ‘me time’ there as well the sense of community thats being created! 💪🏼

I was little skeptical about F45 and its workout style but now I am a big fan of it. Their unique 45 mins workout methods gets you the results what you get in regular gym in 2 hours. Coaches are very friendly and knowledgeable.
