Olena is amazing! I highly recommend her. She is punctual, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.

I didn't work out for 4 years post-partum because I was afraid I would injure myself as a result of having diastasis recti. Olena was understanding of my concerns and helped me to understand that I could work out safely with diastasis recti. Her training program helped me to get stronger and gave me the confidence to continue to workout, run, and strength train even after we stopped working together.

I am forever grateful to Olena for being the person who encouraged me post-partum and showed me through her training that I should not let diastasis recti scare me away from hard workouts. Thank you, Olena, for helping me to overcome my fears and get fit again!!!

I worked with Olena, then Leah while Olena was on leave, throughout my pregnancy. I wanted to work with a trainer because I wasn't confident modifying workouts for pregnancy, and needed help with motivation. I got what I was hoping for and more! They pushed me harder than I would have pushed myself on my own, while making sure I was safe and evolving the program as my pregnancy progressed. Olena answered so many of my questions about the physical changes of pregnancy and keeps her knowledge up to date. Both trainers were a joy to spend time with. While I have yet to give birth (any day now), I have had a relatively uneventful pregnancy that allowed me to continue most of my normal activities - lots of credit to FemFit!

I trained with Olena for several months after the birth of my second baby. I've worked with other trainers before, but I wanted work with someone with specific expertise in postpartum. Olena's workouts were tailored to my stage of recovery. We started with core rehabilitation and progressed to more intense workouts. Several months later, I'm very happy with the progress we made! Aside from her workouts, Olena is simply a pleasure to work with. She's smart, funny, and easy to talk with. Our workouts always flew by (which is helpful!!) I highly recommend working with Olena!

I am very happy with my experience with Olena. She keeps things interesting and varied for each and every session. She knows how to push and motivate me in a supportive and encouraging way without letting me off the hook, and I have seen really great results which others have noticed. I wish I could have more regular sessions, but even 1x/week, its made a dramatic improvement in my fitness level and overall strength. Especially as a mother in my mid-40's, I need all the strength and muscle mass I can muster.

After having gained over 45 pounds during my pregnancy and carrying a 10.5 pound baby (full term), I felt lost in my own body. Soon after having my son, I realized that I had diastasis recti and although I took many private pilates classes to help correct the issue, nothing helped close my diastasis as well as Olena did. It was truly a huge blessing to have found Olena. Words can't express my gratitude to how much happier I feel with my body. After working out one-on-one with Olena for 3 months, I feel like a new woman. I feel sexy and confident again, which I hadn't felt since before having my son. Olena is truly a gem! She has a tremendous amount of knowledge about the human body and the interconnection of each muscle in your body. I totally benefited from the everyday homework exercises that she assigned to me, which helped me strengthen my pelvic floor and weak abs.

One of the best decisions I ever made was hiring Olena as a personal trainer. She has a great understanding of how to push you to your limit without going over your limit. By encouraging me to go beyond what I thought was possible, I have become stronger both physically and mentally in a short period of time. I have been training with Helen for just over two years.  After having my son over 2 years ago, I was determined to get back into a workout routine on my own.  I ended up making minimal progress and resulted in an injury.  That’s when I was introduced to Helen.  Helen was able to ease me back into a workout routine post-injury and has continued to develop workouts for my personal needs.  Helen is able to make the session, whether in person or virtual, extremely effective with or without much equipment.  Over the past year while training with Helen, I have not only lost inches but have gained strength both physically and mentally.  I always look forward to my workouts with Helen because she is a pleasure to be around. I have always been an active person but hit a point several years ago when work took over and being active was de-prioritized. I found Helen to create accountability and commit to making my health a priority. While she helped me achieve my goals quickly, six years later I still see Helen every week. I first started training with Helen before the birth of my second child. She was extremely careful about safety and form, but always managed to leave me feeling great and “worked out” during this time. After I was cleared to exercise post-birth, Helen helped me to close my diastasis through a series of targeted exercises, and a gradual, but effective program that ensured success. She tracked my progress, provided motivation, and also praise. Now over 4 years later I am still an enthusiastic client, and look better in my clothes than I did before the babies. Helen is knowledgeable, professional, and constantly changes up my routine. I couldn’t be happier with her work. I should also add that she has been extremely flexible about working with me outdoors throughout the pandemic and has been a total life-saver when I no longer felt safe in an indoor gym.

I met Helen about five years ago. I mostly just took spinning classes. I thought I would benefit from a personal trainer and I found Helen. From our very first session together, I knew she was the inspiration that I needed. Helen can motivate me to do things that I never thought I would be able to do. She has a keen sense of humor and our one-hour meetings fly by. She cajoled me into trying boxing and I loved it! She always uses different exercises for our sessions, so I never am bored. She is a true professional. She knows more about the human body than my doctor. She pushes me just enough but never so far that I would hurt myself. She is very confident is her ability to help people improve themselves. I have never felt stronger than I do now, and I owe it all to Helen!

I am possibly Helen's oldest client; both in age and how long I've been training with her. I actually met her before she began her private practice..which I signed up for on the day she left the fitness center I was attending. This was during the first week in July 2014. I have never looked back.

I've be seeing Helen both in person, but more often remotely for 6 years and I'm currently 72 years old. She has kept me healthy and in shape with one or two sessions a week...time permitting.

She varies the workouts so it never gets boring. I had a double knee replacement several years ago and Helen provided me with exactly the right exercises once my physical therapy was over. I also often wear sleeveless tops...I still have good arms thanks to her.

We've been together for so many years we have loads to chat about during each session, just adding to the fun.

To be absolutely frank, I hate working out and Helen keeps me honest.
What would I do without her?

30 Day Challenge was the best start to a new year. Well thought out and planned program. As a person that does not like to workout, I enjoyed FemFit classes (and I continue working out). I liked that I was able to exercise in my small space without having any special equipment and still feel very sore after each class. Olena did a very good job in guiding through every class and being attentive to the needs of every person in the group. Having nutrition, cooking, and yoga classes in between really helped me to establish new healthy habits that I am planning to keep.

Olena and other instructors made it enjoyable by creating a friendly and open environment for all.
