My experience with olena is fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable, very tuned in and articulate. She was able to communicate in a timely and effective manner, answers all questions well and scheduling sessions was a breeze too. Im so glad i found femfit and a great trainer in olena. I really enjoyed working with Olena throughout my pregnancy. She is super knowledgeable about prenatal training and made our sessions enjoyable. Olena plans the workout routine for your stage and physical needs during pregnancy and explains everything in a clear manner. She is very punctual, always waiting in our lobby before we head to the gym together. I would definitely recommend Olena for your pregnancy journey.

I had a wonderful experience training with Helen and would highly recommend FemFit! Her workouts were cross-functional and always challenging. I appreciated that they were not the standard one dimensional squats, etc. I could just do on my own. She was also very helpful in creating prenatal modifications to exercises and including labor/pregnancy prep exercises in my training. With Helen’s help, I have been better able to maintain fitness during pregnancy and am hoping for a smoother labor!

Olena is a very good trainer, professional, knowledgeable, very good in changing up the workout sessions and keep them a good mix and fun! She is on-time and very quick in answering questions. I’ve been exercising with FemFit since i was 4.5 months pregnant till close to delivery date as well as postpartum. Extremely happy with Olena’s knowledge and guidance. I really think it made a difference to how i felt during, and especially at the end of my pregnancy. I appreciated a range of specific exercises aimed at promoting easier delivery and speedy recovery. Also each time exercises were different so can’t get bored! Olena is very knowledgeable about body changes through pregnancy and after so i always felt safe exercising during this period and after. Also getting in touch / evaluation process etc were very straightforward , no complex packages, waiting times etc. Highly recommend!

I have been working with Helen since the 2nd trimester with my second child. It has been the best experience. I feel stronger then ever before and she has really helped me mentally and physically prepare and feel ready for labor. Helen trained me when I was 8 months postpartum. I was diagnosed with postpartum issues such as Diastasis Recti and trigger fingers. I was able to train with Helen during the pandemic when gyms and other training facilities were inaccessible. My core is really strong now, and a lot of credit goes to Helen for believing in me and pushing me to get stronger during my weakest period. She is not only an amazing trainer she is also a wonderful and warm person. She specializes in postpartum training. She is super motivating. She was also very sweet and let me interview her for a course project of mine.
If you are looking for a highly motivated trainer focused to push you beyond your limits you should get Helen !

I am so glad I worked with Helen after my first pregnancy and during my second. She worked with me on appropriate exercises during both of those stages to decrease my diastasis recti and to strengthen my core as much as possible. She also helped me with knowing what exercises were safe to do at different stages which was very helpful. I would definitely recommend her to pregnant and postpartum women looking for a trainer.

Olena's 30-day challenge was a perfect start to the year! I loved how positive Olena was and appreciated her understanding of where we all were in our individual fitness journeys. She taught us practical, but effective exercises that I'll be able to do on my own and continue the progress I made over the course of the challenge. It was also very helpful to have the chance to hear from a dietitian and ask any questions we had in a safe, and non-judgmental environment. A very positive experience!

If you want a fast and easy way to lose a lot of weight quickly, then this bootcamp is not for you. I’ve done a lot of programs that promise quick and easy weight loss and always end up gaining it back and some. With Olena’s bootcamp, I learned a sustainable method to stay healthy in a way that fits my busy lifestyle. The bootcamp consists of 3 workout sessions a week (full body, legs/cardio and arms/core) along with info sessions with a nutritionist and stretching sessions. The nutrition sessions were informative and accurate, which I find so rare these days with all of the fad diets and crazy supplements on the market. I learned how to lead a healthy lifestyle that I hope to continue for forever! I feel so much stronger and more fit now and it’s only been a month!

Olena's FemFit Challenge class was a great start to the new year! This 30-Day challenge is a very well planned program that targets almost every muscle in your body using only a few sets of weights and resistance bands. I would recommend this program to anybody who is interested in getting fit in the convenience of their home or wherever they prefer to workout. If you miss a class, don't worry! Olena will send you a link to the recorded session, so you can still make up the class when you find the time! The program also includes two seminars in nutrition with a certified nutritionist, which taught me a few things that I didn't know about our body's preferred energy source and how to develop healthy eating habits. I have religiously followed the program and it seems to be paying off really well! The difference in fitness is not only noticeable to me, but also to my husband. I am 39 but last night my husband told me that I have the body of a 25 year old woman ;)
