Olena is a gem. She managed to train me at my speed post pregnancy while challenging me just enough. I always felt great after our workouts and like I was in good hands. She never pushed me past my comfort zone yet always gave me an invigorating workout. She is professional and kind. And when she went on maternity leave, she matched me with a wonderful trainer who seamlessly continued our workouts. I cannot recommend FemFit enough.
