In the area for a quick trip to see family... The day pass option was perfect - and the gym has everything you need for a solid workout routine. Couple of the regulars there were nice and helpful. Exactly what we were looking for...clean, easy to set up access online and use the app to open door... Prettyeasy process. Will visit again when in the area...

Went here because my gym closed, really wanted to like it but had a terrible experience with staff/owner. left my complementary training session and a little bit of pain that then turned out to be a previous injury flaring up. At that point, I’d already paid for another personal training session, which I reluctantly went to, but quickly decided it wasn’t for me canceled my membership and promptly left. Then took multiple weeks for the owner to call me where he accused me of making a scene. So that’s really degrading as a woman to hear because my boyfriend was there with me and I didn’t “make a scene” and wasn’t mad at all I actually really liked my personal trainer as a person and didn’t wanna make him feel bad!

I love the gym, I haven't been there in a while cuz I have been so busy, but I will return, I can't wait until they get a heavy bag or two up so I can do some old boxing routines, from long ago along with all the other nice workout machines 10 dead weights and such, it is a very friendly atmosphere

Finger Lakes Fit Penn Yan is amazing. The number of free weights and machines are absolutely incredible. you can actually walk around the building without worrying about hitting things. The sauna is absolutely fantastic and a great benefit. New machines are being added so there is always something new to look forward to. The staff and the owners are very friendly, and helpful and actively involved in making it a very fun and friendly place. It really has remotivated me to get back on my fitness journey and i highly recommend this place.

Absolutely perfect facility. Had everything I needed to do both a leg day and a chest day while I was in town for a wedding. Very clean, great selection of free weights and equipment, lots of cardio equipment too, owner William was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend. I’ll be back if I’m ever in the area again! Thank you!!
