Brandon (owner) is one of the nicest business owners in Auburn.
Finger Lakes Health Center is a great place to work out! There is a ton of equipment to chose from and a friendly atmosphere to be in.
I came in from out of town and was able to get a day pass really easily!

I love this gym! I just started a few weeks ago and the staff has been nothing but kind! Also, love how it’s not crazy over populated, you can get your work out in without people staring at you and have many machines available! What a great atmosphere! I am so glad I joined :)

I see Barry Leader, of Leader Chiropractic. He's amazing. Because I have MS he has to use a different technique with my back, and he understands it. He uses cold laser therapy for my hands, which helps the arthritis a lot.

I really enjoy this gym. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the patrons of this gym generally mind their own business. Free weights, machines, cardio machines, and aids for calisthenics are available. The heated pool and the sauna available in the Men's locker room make this place stand out. It is also open 24/7. If you really care about aesthetics then you may treat this review as a four: cosmetic issues due to use are not significant in my opinion.
