Joining Cicero FBBC was one of the best things I've ever done! The workouts are 30 intense minutes guided by motivating trainers who are very encouraging and make you feel like family! Highly recommend it!!

I have loved every minute of my Fit Body Cicero experience. Well trained staff, clean, a solid workout that really works you. Staff is wonderful helpong with modificaions if needed. Welcoming to all.

You want to get in shape, tone up? Boot Camp is your place. The workouts are intense and work your whole body. If you want to work on yourself Boot Camp is your place .

I am glad that I had joined Cicero Fitbody boot camp. The trainers and health coaches are amazing. They will help you if you have any questions. I am glad that I had made the choice to join. You will make new friends quick.

I’m so glad I joined CFBBC!! Jess, Dana, the trainers, and the health coaches are AMAZING!!!! Everyone is so welcoming and all of them want you to do better and help you along your journey no matter what it is!! Also everyone that is already a member of CFBBC are very welcoming as well! Just the environment in general is very welcoming!
I was gaining weight since I started living on my own, eating differently, not exercising, and stress from work. I was not comfortable in my own skin even though people may not have seen me as “fat” or “bigger.” I wanted to lose weight for my wedding and decided to join CFBBC! My first day I remember was the hardest and the next week I was extremely sore, but I pushed through and got through the week. It got easier and I wasn’t as sore as the days and weeks went on. I was also eating healthier so that helped a lot! As the days, weeks and months grew the more body fat, pounds, and inches I lost!!! I started to feel better, I didn’t feel as tired, I was still tired, but I lasted all day and didn’t feel like I was exhausted 2 hours into my shift, I had more energy, I wasn’t as sore, I wasn’t “starving” anymore, my body started to look better, I felt more lean, people were complimenting me and could tell I was losing weight, inches, and body fat, my clothes were looser and started to become too big, and I had to buy a smaller size! The transformation you will make will be amazing and you won’t want to stop! People ask me now what are your hobbies? I tell them I go to fit body boot camp, research products, learn more about nutrition labels, learn what ingredients I should and shouldn’t be putting in my body; they kinda look at me like I’m crazy, I respond saying well it’s better than doing drugs or alcohol and making my body worse and eventually dying, I say this is my drug and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

I started going to Fit Body a little less than a year ago. I joined a challenge on a whim and ended up addicted. The trainers and workouts are amazing! I am in the best shape of my life. I have muscles where I never thought I could have muscles. Every workout is different and the variety keeps me coming back day after day! I would recommend Fit Body to anyone, any age and any fitness level. You won't be sorry!!

Love this place! Jessica is Amazing she truly cares what her business stands for and helping to reach your goals. I love the challenges and the 5:10 am class. Only gym that starts this early with great workout sessions.

Love the owner, Jessica V! Workouts are amazing, work every muscle in your body in 30 minutes! And, the location being right next to Walmart and Target if you need to do shopping, can’t beat that.
