About the Club

Sam helps busy women get their dream bodies and build confidence without giving up their social lives or spending hours in the gym. She has been teaching women how to lift weights and eat properly for their goals for over five years. She has helped countless women finally get results and keep them off. Sam is different from other coaches because she had her own weight loss journey, so she has been in your shoes and understands your struggles. She knows that weight loss is so much more than just exercise and nutrition, it's just as much emotional as it is physical. Sam looks at the whole picture, not just workouts and weight loss. In her programs, you’ll work on building new sustainable habits to maintain your results.

I met with Sam at the end of March and began working with Rachel (one of the trainers on Sam’s team) and frankly I highly recommend their services. The initial convo with Sam was very informative where she really wanted to understand my goals and get to know me a bit to ensure she paired me with the right program and trained. I’ve been having weekly sessions with Rachel, and while I was originally planning on working with her just for a few months to understand how to workout -real newbie over here, here I am 5 months later still meeting with her once per week. Rachel has been super patient with my medical issues, adapts as my needs change and has built multiple routines for me including ones I can do in my apartment without much equipment. She’s also just a lovely kind person who kicks my ass just as much as I need :). Great team highly recommend.

So glad I found Sam! I had been having a hard time finding a female personal trainer in the area, so I was really happy to come across her post. I started training with her twice a week about two months before my wedding to tone up and I’m so glad I did! I felt super confident on my big day and have kept training with her since. I’ve always been into fitness, but used to get bored at the gym and was never consistent. I’m loving strength training now and feeling stronger all the time. Sam makes every session challenging, fun and super effective. Highly recommend!

I’ve been working with Sam for a few months now and she’s amazing. I’m so lazy and hate working out but she really motivates me and the hour goes by really fast. I’ve been lifting heavier weights then I’ve ever been able to lift and am starting to build muscle. She also gives excellent nutrition advice. I broke a very long held weight plateau while seeing Sam. I really couldn’t recommend her enough, 5 stars!

Sam was a pleasure to work with! She listened to my issues and goals and in her three month program, I learned so much about food and strength training and developed a solid foundation that has continued after the program ended. Everything felt approachable and doable yet provided the physcial challenge, structure, and discipline that I needed. Sam is absolutely AMAZING! If you want to transform your body and mind she’s the person for you. I went to Sam after years of under eating and doing tons of cardio and still not being happy with my body. She gave me the coaching I needed to change my body (and mindset) by eating lots more and lifting weights! Her workouts are fun and her knowledge about what your body needs to transform is amazing. I hired Sam to help me lose weight before my wedding and she didn't disappoint! I was excited to fit in my wedding dress (a size and a half lower than I usually wear) with a little room to spare.
