All of our classes are 60-minutes long.
Our STRENGTH classes combine dumbbell, kettlebell, resistance band, cardio and bodyweight movements designed in a way to increase strength, mobility, endurance and overall health & fitness.
Our FIGHT classes are cardio-kickboxing sessions designed to train not only your entire body, but your mind as well. Our instructors will teach you proper striking technique as well as motivate you to break through your mental limits with a heart pumping workout.
Boxing gloves are required and hand wraps are HIGHLY recommended to protect your hands. We have both gloves and hand wraps for sale at every session.

I can't say enough great things about this group fitness class! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by both the instructor and fellow participants. The energy in the room is absolutely contagious, and the workout itself is both challenging and rewarding. The instructor does a fantastic job of motivating everyone, offering modifications for all fitness levels.
Highly recommend this class to anyone looking to have a blast while getting in shape! It's the perfect blend of hard work, fun, and positive vibes!

The coaches at FitCulture are amazing. They’re great at teaching you proper form, building your stamina and helping you reach your goals. I’ve been consistently training with them for about a year and they have become part of my weekly routine! This is a long overdue review for the Fitculture team. They offer great motivation, fitness expertise, and positive energy.
Fitculture has transformed my workout routine and has improved both my physical and mental health. Taking their classes has enhanced my mental clarity and overall happiness as well.
Previously no matter how long I’ve trained on my own I was never able to get to “the next level”. Fitculture sets the foundation and letsme build up from there. Now I am able to train, run, and swim faster and longer. Couldn’t have done it without them!

Joey and Kara are extremely knowledgeable and will take the time to make sure your form is correct. On top of that they add their own brand of humor to make the classes not only great from a fitness perspective, but fun as well. Fit Culture has helped me take my workouts to a new level, and helped me achieve my goals while creating new ones. The trainers are so engaging, they have a unique way of making your workout fun yet challenging at the same time. Each workout is well thought out, but paired with accommodations to fit your needs. Fit Culture is different than other gyms because the trainers are so involved in the work out with you. They are right there to provide you with a different weight or adjust any workout. I appreciate all the feedback I receive during class, it has helped me grow. Fit culture doesn’t just provide a great work out for an hour, it help motivate you to be the best version of yourself.

I am so glad that FitCulture was founded in 2020. FitCulture provided me & many others with a safe space to work out & feel normal during the very start of the pandemic & has continued to do so, two years later. The classes are amazing. The trainers know what they’re doing & never fail to provide you with the best possible workout. I love being sore for a few days after every class! I highly recommend FitCulture if you’re looking for a positive, motivational, & challenging atmosphere

I've never done a group workout classes until I started going to Fitculture. From the first day I showed up I felt challenged and motivated. The instructors energies are unmatched!! They help with your form and motivation! I am doing exercises I never imagined I was capable of doing. Everysingle workout is fun and different. If your thinking about trying it out just show up! It is worth it!!

Coming from someone who has never touched weights , it feels good to know that everyone is at a different level of strength. Yet we all come for one goal to become stronger , challenge ourselves, feeding off of one another’s energy to push ourselves and one another .
The workouts are fun, the fellow members are inspiring, the workouts are led by Joey and Kara , amazing trainers who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts. Even willing to get right next to you and do the workout alongside you. Joey and Kara give and just the right amount of encouragement to keep you going even when you feel like giving up. The music is perfect to keep you distracted from the length of time left in the set your in and the atmosphere is awesome.
You will not do the same workout twice and if you go you will see the results no question. It’s a life changing gym experience and I recommend it highly to all my coworkers , friend’s and family.

I went to Kara and Joey's Saturday morning strength class with a friend when I was visiting for the weekend. The class did not disappoint!! Kara and Joey immediately make you feel part of their community - their energy is so infectious. The workout is truly for every body and is so so fun! Don't be fooled though - you'll be dripping sweat. There's tons of space and the location is very nice. I can't wait to go back! Highly recommend.

These guys saved my life during Covid when I couldn’t take not working out anymore! (Working out alone in my home just doesn’t work for me) since then, they have professionalized their craft and the workouts are always different, challenging yet could always be catered to my strength (or lack there of, depending) and fun!

I always look forward to the day of the week I go to a FitCulture class! The FitCulture classes push you to places you never knew you had the strength to achieve. The coaches are motivating & helpful and the environment is extremely comfortable - no matter what level you may be.
