Since its inception in 2008 FITE Fitness has been offering 1 on 1 personal training that is second to none. In 2012 FITE expanded and started to offer small group training. In 2018 we once again added to our gym & began offering an open gym format.
If you are looking for a clean, friendly private gym that doesnt pack its members in like sardines & just happens to offer the very best in Personal training & Small group training look no further.

Fite Fitness is the best gym i've been inside. High quality equipment and weights, never ever crowded, very private feel, and the owner is a gentleman. I'd consider this place a safe haven for anybody anywhere in their fitness journey. If you're just starting out this is a nice quiet space to experiment and learn without having to worry about crowds.

I’ve know Tom for years. Tom trained all of my teenage (at that time) sons and helped them achieve high goals in D1 High school wrestling.
My bride Lisa and I joined Toms Gym ourselves this past February.. in 6 months I lost 46lbs with Toms help. I will be 60 in a few months and Tom has given us both the opportunity and motivation to achieve something at my age you only read about. All done in an atmosphere Tom has built that is away from the typical Gyms and the usual groove of waiting on equipment and the attitude and feeling like you don’t want to be there. From Tom himself and the members that you see on occasion everyone is friendly, humble, helpful and accommodating. My Life has changed and I’m on a journey that I honestly didn’t think I could comprehend let alone do.
If your like me and have got to a point where in your youth you were considered an athlete and now can’t even do a push up…your not alone… that was me.
This journey is always traveled and set backs happen… ..I can’t thank Tom enough for what he provides.
It’s private and with a key fob we can access and make our own time when we can…. It’s the place you want to be part of to get back what you thought you have lost.

Been training under Tom for many years. I started at an early age (late middle school/early high school)...Tall, Skinny. Looking to pack on muscle and become faster for sports. Freshman year of high school I weighted under 100lbs… by the time I graduated high school I was 160lbs in the best shape of my life… fast forward 8 years later and I’m still going to the same gym… as well as being still in the best shape of my life… loyalty, respect and hard work… not much more to it…

There is no better gym. I was very sketchy on joining a gym cause I had never been apart of one. I wanted to lose weight and get in better shape. Soon as I walk into F.I.T.E Fitness I knew that it was the gym for me. I don’t like those big corporate gyms. I would highly recommend this place. Spend the extra money and get the personal trainer sessions. Worth every penny, Tom is an amazing trainer.

I started training with Tom about 7 months ago when I was at a low point in my life dealing with the daily struggles of body dysmorphia and weight issues. Not only has he helped me overcome these terrible obstacles I was dealing with, but he pushes me harder each and everyday helping me to climb out of the darkness of the past and into the light of the present and future. I became a member of the open gym along with having training sessions with Tom weekly and I have never loved working out as much as I do now. Between the cleanliness of the gym, no crowding what so ever, numerous amounts of workout equipment, and friendliness of Tom and other gym members, it's safe to say I look at F.I.T.E. Fitness as a second home in a way. Not only is Tom extremely personable and friendly, but the other gym members I see on a daily basis are just as amazing. Never have I been able to say I look forward to working out at a gym before I came to F.I.T.E Fitness. If I ever have any type of question, nutrition or fitness wise, Tom is always there to help me and makes it clear to never hesitate to ask him even if it is on a day where I do not have a personal training session with him. Seeing how far I have come in these 7 months blows my mind each and every single day. I truly never knew I could get to a place mentally and physically like I am at today if it wasn't with Tom's amazing help. I will forever recommend Tom and his amazing gym to every person because you truly cannot get anything better elsewhere!

I have been training for years and had come to a road block and pretty much walked away . I trained mostly at the local owned mom and pop gyms. The front desk knew your name and said hello when you walked in. The big chains bought them all up and I was forced to become a number. I lost all interest no vibe and just machines. I had known Tom for years and he always told me come down I can completely change your way of thinking to fit your training needs. I barked crossfit is not for me . I was completely wrong, not only is it not crossfit its a whole new approach to transform yourself physically and mentally . I am 52 and look forward to training with Tom at his location every chance I get . I am no longer a number but a member. Tom is also more than happy to say hello when you miss a rep.If you are looking for somewhere to customize all your mental and physical training you need to give this place a shot .Its a true game changer that will change the way you think about training .

If you are looking for a great place to actually lose weight or tone up, this is the place. I was looking for a personal trainer to help me pass my agility test. I had not exercised in years. Tom, whipped me in to shape in just about a month and a half. This guy means business. I must admit, being African-American, I didn’t see anyone like myself there at first but, he really made me feel welcome. FYI...I passed my agility test with flying colors. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great place to get the job done!!!!

I started working out with tom 5 years ago as an attempt to lose some weight and increase my strength after an injury led me to multiple disc herniations in my lower back. Last year, I had reconstruction lumbar spine surgery, and knew there would be a long road of recovery for me. However, not only have I made a full recovery, but I am even better than I was before. Tom prepared me for back surgery so that I would have a smoother recovery, and now, through a specifically tailored workout regimen, has taken every measure imaginable to safely and successfully nurture my rehabilitation and build my strength. I am in the best shape of my life and I am STRONGER than ever before. Since day one, Tom has proven that he genuinely cares about the health and wellbeing of his clients and truly loves what he does. He is knowledgeable, motivating, and passionate about helping people realize how fitness has the ability to change their lives. I have strength trained with Tom now for 5 years and have been doing the 60 minute boot camp classes for the last 3 years, both are still apart of my regular routine and never fail to leave me feeling challenged. Additionally, as of recently Tom has implemented an open gym membership option which allows members access to the gym at their leisure. This is awesome because at any given time I can access the gym and utilize any of the equipment and more likely then not, I will be the only person in there. I love having the gym to myself, and not having to wait to use any equipment is an added bonus. Before FITE, I definitely didn’t see myself as an athlete, however this gym has completely changed my mindset because it is a place for growth! FITE is a place for EVERYONE, no matter your age, or fitness ability. When you join FITE you are joining more than just a gym, you are making a commitment to change your life for the better and are making an unmatchable investment in your health. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this facility so THANK YOU Tom, for all that you do, you have changed my life on so many levels!!!

I started this lifestyle change many times over and each time reverted back. December 2 2017 I signed up with Tom at F.I.T.E Fitness and now I'm doing workouts I never thought my body would be capable of doing. I needed direction and guidance and thats exactly what I recieved with Tom and more, just walking the treadmill or using the elliptical for 45min/1hr at a gym was not working at all. At F.I.T.E Fitness I found a home with no judgement but much encouragement, I am looking forward to a lot more lifetime improvements here at F.I.T.E Fitness.

I have been going to Tom on and off for past 4 years. He has always been a great inspiration...encouraging and supportive. I have a problem with my hip...he always finds ways to carefully strengthen the area to make it more comfortable. He keeps it motivating by bringing new exercises into the mix. I absolutely love this place Tom the owner is so inspirational and welcoming and does everything in his power to help you reach your goals. My trainer Vinny was not just a fitness trainer but a life coach. I would take pics of everything I ate and send it to him and he would monitor my diet and he was accessible 24/7 just a text or phone call away any question I had he was there and is definitely dedicated towards his clients and leads them to success.His workouts pushed me in so many ways and it showed me I can actually do some of the things i never thought I’d be able to do. I strongly recommend F.I.T.E for anyone wanting to reach their goal and getting a healthy lifestyle

I’ve been going to FITE Fitness and working with Tom as my personal trainer for many years now. When I first came to FITE, I was suffering from rather severe rheumatoid arthritis. My joints were aching and swollen, my energy and strength was low, and my weight had ballooned. I wanted to make a change and was determined to try to overcome the arthritis. I didn’t know if it was even possible but I spoke with Tom and he proceeded to work out a plan to help me get my life back. It has been a lot of hard and challenging work but with Tom always there to keep us progressing on the path, it has been truly transformative. Working with Tom, I’ve lost and kept off a significant amount of weight and increased my strength and energy. My arthritis symptoms have decreased dramatically. Even my own doctors are in shock and amazed ... it’s hard for even them to tell I even have arthritis anymore because the swelling has pretty much disappeared as has the associated pain. They told me I should keep doing what I’m doing and that I have an amazing trainer ... which I knew already!
All through this Tom has made sure my exercise regiment and plan was adjusted to give the right amount of challenge without injury and taking into account my arthritis, growing the plan as I continued to improve. And now I am doing exercises I never thought I would ever be able to do ... whether it’s cardio, weights, etc. I look forward to my sessions because its certainly never boring as we are always changing things up and making sure it’s challenging. I always look forward to pushing my limits. Tom helped me overcome arthritis and have the ability to control it vs it controlling my life ... FITE Fitness truly changed me!

I've been at FITE for almost a year now & I have nothing but Amazing things to say about this place! In less then a year im over 70 lbs down with the help of my amazing trainers at FITE. Tom is always keeping me motivated and always pushing me to my full potential. He's very knowlagable about what he's doing and follows up frequently to make sure you don't fall off track. I have been a client of F.I.T.E. Fitness since 2009. This place is amazing! The instructors are all fabulous and the workouts are intense but fun and can be done by anyone regardless of their age or fitness level. Even if you are dealing with an injury or recovering from surgery, the trainers can safely provide alternative exercises. In fact, I had hip replacement surgery in January of 2016 and Tom was able to tailor my workouts which kept me in the gym until the day before my surgery. He made sure I was in such great shape, my recovery was a breeze - I was driving and back at F.I.T.E. 3.5 weeks post surgery! Everyone in the classes are friendly and supportive. I’ve met some fantastic friends here and I’ve learned how to safely use all sorts of equipment. We work with ropes, rings, dumbbells, kettle bells, bars, medicine balls, bosu balls, stability balls, tires, sleds, heavy bags, sand bags, etc. No two workouts are ever the same, yet rest assured you always get a total full body workout including strength training and cardio. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. You will be so glad you did!

After having a terrible experience at a kickboxing place about two years ago, a friend of mine recommended FITE Fitness. I was nervous to join because I had never used weights before, or done anything that seemed as intense as bootcamp classes. After my first class, I was hooked! I have been a member ever since. The bootcamp classes are challenging but fun, and Tom and the other instructors are amazing. All different weights and kettle bells are available, ranging from 5-35+ lbs so whether you are a newcomer to fitness or have been at it a while, these classes are beneficial for all fitness levels. With the help of Tom and the bootcamp classes, I have become stronger and more in shape than I ever could have imagined. I have completed both a tough mudder and a spartan race, something I never would have imagined even signing up for 2 years ago. Tom is also always available to discuss any questions you may have regarding workouts and diet, and he has helped me so much to make a great lifestyle change to achieve my fitness goals. If you're looking for an amazing class atmosphere, where the instructors know your name, and are truly invested in helping you become stronger and healthier in the safest way possible, I would recommend FITE Fitness every time. You will not be disappointed!!

I have been through so many trainers, gyms, programs and food fads and just as I was about to throw the towel in I started my journey with Tom. i love this place i been at f.i.t.e fitness for only 4 month but when i see the transformation of my body i know this the place to be. I attended my first boot camp class at F.I.T.E Fitness in February 2012 and haven’t stopped going since. The owner, Tom, is very knowledgable regarding exercising and what you should be doing versus what you should not be doing. I’ve never felt intimidated or uncomfortable while being there but rather strong and confident. The classes are intense and you ALWAYS feel like you’re getting the workout of your life. You will definitely feel every bone and muscle in your body getting a full workout. The classes change on a daily basis and the best part is these classes are universal in that they are appropriate for a beginner in the fitness world or someone who’s been working out for some time. I also really like the motivation the staff provides and they never let you slack off. Though these are classes, the staff focuses on every person individually throughout the class and will provide you with guidance/assistance/corrections on any exercises you may find difficult or that you may be doing incorrectly. Additionally, in the 2 years I’ve been attending this gym, all of the other clientele I’ve met have been nothing but nice, fun and motivating as well. We push each other to higher limits and enjoy calling each other out if one of us falls short on an exercise.

If you’re more interested in the one on one training, there are also personal training classes available. Again, similar to the boot camp classes, the personal training is just as intense and the staff can accommodate your workout to your specific needs.

I have never enjoyed exercise until I got into boot camp, classes are always challenging and always different. You never know what you are going to do when walking in but you know you will walk out with a great workout and energized with excitement that you were able to accomplish what you did.

After 1 month I have noticed my clothes fit better, my body is starting to tone iteself and I am starting to get compliments from work which is pretty awesome. Im now full of energy and Im getting my confidence back and I really just wanted to say thank you for pushing me to be awesome!!

I have been a member if F.I.T.E Fitness since it has opened. Tom is constantly motivating you to be your very best and keep you on track with your fitness goals. I started with personal training sessions and I recently began F.I.T.E's bootcamp class. I have never felt better about myself! I had an accident a year and a half ago in which I could not move and put on 40 pounds. Tom has been there every step of the way motivating me to get back to where I was, and constantly modifying the workout around the limitations due to my injury. If you are committed to being fit & in shape, this is the real deal! Tom designs workouts that are challenging and never the same or boring. Whether it is 6:30AM or 8PM the classes the participants are all motivating and moving. If you are in OK shape/ & fittness level, or not, Tom will work within your limitations and body's ability to help you reach your goals. With the new heart rate monitors, the challenge is even better, as you can see how your heart is working during the workouts. If you can't do an exercise, Tom helps you to find a way to substitute or modify - If you live near the facility you owe it to yourself to give it a shot. You won't regret it & I bet you will like it... if you don't mind sweating & working on your health.

Since losing my father to so many health issues, I decided it was time to change my lifestyle. As a trial period I purchase F.I.T.E. Fitness on GroupOn, almost two years later I still attend boot camp classes up to 6 times a week. My life has completely changed and I couldn't be happier. Tom makes every class challenging and different. We use ropes, rings, kettle bells, dumbbells, weight balls, tires, etc. The atmosphere is friendly and fun. Tom now carries the My Zone equipment, which is great. You can see your heart rate and calories during each workout. Joining F.I.T.E. Fitness has been a great choice for me. Join now you will NOT be disappointed.

Soooo... I've been training at FITE Fitness for over a year now. Plan was to try out the Groupon for a month and move on. But after taking Tom's classes I've decided to look no further. The workouts are awesome, challenging and exciting. Tom can motivate you without even trying, or at least it seems like it. Just like a saying on the wall goes, you don't have to "want to" do it, but you still have to do it. And trust me, you will love doing it!

Ah, where to start? I have trained here since the first day this facility was opened. Every day is an adventure in good health and fitness. I went from a very unhealthy body composition to a very fit and strong woman. Every day is a challenge and a joy. You will never be bored here! Lots of interesting training techniques and tools of the trade to work with. Think kettlebells, slosh pipe, tires, monkey bars...etc. Expertise and patience are practiced here. Attention to good form and personal capabilities are standard. I have never been as healthy as I am today and I credit F. I.T.E. fitness one hundred percent for that. I have even been able to work with the owner, Tom Leli while recovering from several surgeries! I believe the key to a great recovery is to stay strong throughout the process, from pre-op to post-op. The classes here are suitable for all, from newbies to weekend warriors to athletes. Everyone will feel comfortable here. Bring your enthusiam and a water bottle (or two) and come try a class...you will not regret it. After all, who ever regretted feeling great?
