Been going for 5 yrs now. Free with my insurance. People who go are friendly and owners great. Touch pad entry, easy and open all day and late at night and weekends. Nobody trying to sell me anything and owner and trainers are there to help any morning. Great

Used to work as a trainer here back in 1989-90. Great fitness club. Weights, racquetball, spa, everything you need in a fitness club. Need to swing by for a visit soon!

Driving by and decided to check it out. Awesome oldchool atmosphere yet clean with a great racquetball court. Great workout and amazing cardio hitting the speedbag and playing wall-ball like a child. Highly recommend. Call first to make sure you can get in. They use a Punchcode to get in after hours.

I was disappointed that I drove 20+ minutes to take my first class there today. I was excited because it looked like the offer a great class schedule. Unfortunately even though I signed up for the class by Facebook messaging the gym (odd, but I did as I was told) there wasn’t any room for me. I don’t understand why a gym this busy does not have an online booking or at minimum require everyone to sign up and cap at a reasonable size. Danielle the instructor was nice any offered to make room, but it was rediculously full, so I felt it was better just to leave. Maybe I’ll try it again and update my review.
