I have been working with Judy for 10 months and she is fantastic. She works with your goals and tailors your fitness plan to you and gives you meal plan goals as well. I am stronger than I have ever been. One of my goals was to run a 10k. During training (on my own) I injured myself and Judy was able to modify my training with her so I could continue towards my goal. I am proud that I was able to run this past week. Judy is tough and empathetic at the same time. While I might not feel like doing a particular movement she helps motivate me to finish. She listens and modifies training if needed. Post-workout stretching is the best!

Judy is the total package. Personal trainer, registered dietician and certified physical therapist. I've used all her services.

At the maximum, I lost 12 pounds of weight and 30 pounds of fat. (That's a lot of fat for someone who's 5' 5".)

Diet and Fitness are required to look good. A lot of personal trainers only have the fitness key. Judy has both.
Thanks to Judy, I have abs and can fit into a Speedo without a shoehorn.

I'm in my 70s and have great results. YOU can have great results! BUT you have to work for it.

Judy was my trainer for months until I moved out of state. She is an awesome trainer. The first meeting, we went through my goals and what will it take to get there. What followed was the most intense training I’ve ever had lol. Prices were reasonable and she truly cares for all her clients. She is so nice, funny, and friendly but you better come focused!! This trainer is the best trainer I have ever had , not only does she make the workouts tough and worth it she also makes it fun as she has a great funny personality .

Also if you hate being sore after working out she’s your girl , she uses her special technique with her massage gun to make sure soreness is at a minimum the next day. It’s like a nice relaxing massage for your muscles after a nice hard workout.

I recommend her to anyone who actually wants to lose weight and become curvy and stronger while dropping pounds.

If you sick of looking like a pencil or a box and ready feel good give her a call asap.
