Big shoutout to Wendy T. Her Saturday morning class is fabulous. Wendy engages everyone with her witty personality as we forget that we are working out. She reminds us to use correct form to minimize an injury. Give her a try- you will not regret it.

Centrally located in Farmingdale with a boutique gym feel but more than reasonable pricing. You have so many options of classes and personal training if you so choose. The staff experience is so much better than other gyms. I can’t recommend this place enough and I’ve done big gym, small gyms and all the others. Fitness on Main is the best and cares about you!!

I love training here! I train with Donna as often as I can and I have trained with Angie too. I have had such a positive experience here. After just a few months, I feel better, I feel stronger and I can see the changes in my body. I don't dread coming here- I look forward to it. I always feel challenged and accomplished when I leave. I cannot say enough about them.

I love fitness on Main street. They provide excellent Personal Training services at very affordable price. I worked with Jen, Ang and Donna for a year now. They are all very professional, friendly and challenge me to give my best. All their classes are challenging and fun. I have seen very positive results and gotten stronger. I always look forward for my workouts now.

As i walked through the doors of Fitness on Main St for my first Zumba class I had no idea what to expect. I usually hit the weights so this was completely out of my element. I was greeted by our Instructor for the day Arielle. She immediately made me feel right at home with her larger than life personality and infectious smile. The community of members there are incredible too. The nicest people you’ll ever meet. The Zumba class had me sweating in the first 5 minutes more than I’d sweat working out for a full hour. I can’t dance and guess what. . It didn’t matter. I couldn’t stop smiling as I botched every move. The energy in the room was incredible. I freakin loved it. I whole heartedly suggest taking a class. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
