Knowledgable fitness staff. Have limited treadmill equipment . They want you to warm up before your session but at times machine is long time occupied.

I started with the Little Black Dress project and lost 13 pounds in 6 weeks! I will continue with the workouts and menus to further work toward my goal. The group classes are fun and hard work at the same time but the trainers tell you why you are doing something and make sure you are doing things correctly.

The small group assures me that our trainer has an eye on all of us and corrects our body movements, promptly. Also encourages to add more weight, knowing I can do more. And in reality the trainer was right! I feel stronger each workout. All around it’s a 10+ facility.

The environment at the gym is friendly and non threatening. I feel very comfortable working out here. Even if you are having a bad day you wont be for long because one of the trainers or fellow gym members will turn your frown upside down! I am challenged and held accountable to do better in each workout and feel myself getting stronger as I work towards my goal. :)
