Loved the yoga sculpt class and I really like lexis teaching style. I'm still a beginner, and I found her cues to be very helpful! Also just liked the pacing of the class in general - it was hard, but doable! The studio is beautiful as well and I really appreciate that there's enough space in between people! I will absolutely be back!

Highly recommend!! I have loved everything about going to this yoga studio! I have taken classes with Cheryl and she is so welcoming and an amazing yoga instructor! She is not only accommodating, but also highly knowledgeable and takes a person centered approach to yoga practice. The space is beautiful, clean and peaceful as well. Whether you have done yoga forever or are just starting, I can’t say enough good things about this studio!

I went in expecting a good workout. I left feeling completely recharged. This wasn’t just a hot yoga class. It was a full body reset, inside and out.
Lexi has created something truly special. From the moment you walk into the space, you feel grounded, welcomed, and supported. The class was the perfect balance of heat, sweat, stretch, and stillness. It pushed me, calmed me, and reminded me how powerful it is just to breathe and move.
What makes it even more powerful is knowing how much heart Lexi pours into every detail. You feel her energy in the flow, in the music, in the way she guides you. It’s more than yoga. It’s a gift.
If you’ve been needing a reset (physically, mentally, or emotionally) I encourage you to take this class!

Lexi is an incredible instructor and I was really impressed with her into class. Even if you're not attending a heater class, be warned the room gets toasty while you're moving so make sure to dress comfortably. The studio felt super modern and was beautiful. I love the Lexi used the entire room to ensure all students were able to see and her script throughout the class was excellent. Will definitely check out more classes in the future!

I love this new studio, every class I’ve taken has been taught by great instructors and I leave feeling renewed. Cheryl’s Vinyasa + Yin class is amazing and a good balance to feel worked and restored. And Nadya’s heated Vinyasa is my favorite so far. She does a great job of delivering a flow that leaves you feeling refreshed and energized.

I love the 26 & 2 class taught here on Wednesdays and Saturdays by Mariana and can highly recommend it! I can only make the Wednesday morning class, but it is a great way to start the day. I have also taken the hot power fusion class taught by Lexi and that is a fun challenge. The studio looks great, the staff is friendly and helpful, and they offer a nice variety of classes. Whether you’re new or a longstanding yogi, I bet you’ll like it here.

I am beyond grateful to have discovered this incredible new yoga studio in Buffalo! As someone who loves to travel for great workout experiences, I was pleasantly surprised to find a space that truly rivals top-tier studios in larger cities. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed to promote both relaxation and personal growth.

I took Lexi hot power fusion today and l had so much fun.
Her studio is so beautiful and gorgeous, l fall in love with it immediately ❤️😍😍😍.
Lexi is a wonderful teacher, she has such smooth voice that makes us feel calm and chill.
Her class is powerful and relax at the same time.
We did all the poses from standing slowly went deep into all the poses. We did some core exercises in the middle with Nicki Minaj music which is so much 🤩 🤩 fun. The class ended up with back bending and hips which cooled us down which help me relieve my stress and tensions . I felt super relaxed ☺️ after class and slept 8 hours straight and felt fully recovered and rested. I love 💝 her class. I I feel she guided us through a whole process with high energy and none judgmental. The vibe of her class is amazing. highly recommend people to take it.
