Our cheer organization has been using Flips for years and we are NEVER disappointed. The kids love every staff member. They are awesome with all ages especially the 4 and 5 year olds.

Just had my daughters birthday party there and was extremely disappointed. The staff were very rude, 2 adult employees were fighting while the party was going on, I was asked to not sit on a mat while taking pictures at my own child's party. I was under the impression the children would be playing for an hour, but basically they sat until it was their turn to participate. I was also told plates and napkins would be provided for pizza, yet none were brought in and they wanted to use our cake plates until I questioned why there weren't plates for pizza when they told me those would be provided. I literally felt like everything we did was wrong, and the staff was talking behind our back. It was honestly the worst party I have ever had for my kids and quite frankly I was embarrassed.

Dropped my kids off for a birthday party the nasty guy at the desk threatened to fight me if I didn’t take my shoes off, I explained I have a medical issue which I can not walk without shoes on refused to allow me to walk on the tile to get to the party room! Came into the GIRLS locker room yelling at my kids to hurry and get ready! This place is complete trash! Left immediately

I’ve gone here sense I was young I started going two days a week and learned so many new tricks. The coaches really push you and are very nice. Jorn is my favorite coach and he is very helpful. He also really helps you get over your fears and gain confidence.

I signed my son up for camp here and I felt they were very unprofessional. The “adults” watching the kids were mainly college age girls. There are no real activities set up and it was a free for all most of the day. They don’t even pay attention when you’re picking up your child.

I’ve went to Flips for about 6 years. It’s been so good for me. The coaches push you a lot, but in gymnastics that’s a great thing. I have really succeeded a lot here, and I would definitely recommend coming here! I feel like we have made a big family that has everyone’s backs here. I can’t wait to succeed even more with this gym!!

We did a Birthday Party for my son and his friends, it was a lot of FUN for them. There staff did a great job !!!! The staff was friendly and handled the kids great. The pizza was really good, but again the kids had a blast. We would definitely go again!

The coaches really push you and it's just a really good experience. My friend had moved from lockport to Akron and now goes to Gsa and she said that they don't push you one bit and that she misses our coach Mrs.Beecher.

Big and roomy. Younger classes don't seem very structured and don't challenge the kids like other schools. Staff is friendly but very young. We enjoy the private classes much more than the group classes for the younger kids.

I go there and they are excillent but somtimes if u are like a inch away from the floor while you are doing a spit they will push u down but it is worth it and in most classes they will give you free time at the end if you get all your work done. You will do exercises and u will have fun hi promise.

Well I go to flips lol but I love it and I'm happy to be a flips gymnast and the coaches are nice they aren't nice to my coach but that's none of my bisniusse lol. But thank you so much flips fr theaching me all my skills I know and a special thanks to Krista for encouraging me to be my very best dispite the fact that I'm inscure about myself sometimes. After having this company infiltrate my daughters daycare at an additional cost of 5 dollars a week, I was told by my wife there was going to be a recital. Well it was more of a 25 dollar money grab per student and no more. ,a hundred children and 200 parents showed up to a scene of chaos, nobody to greet or give direction of any kind whatsoever.The children or parents were given no imformation before or during any portion. what should have been a good opportunity to showcase this places activities turned out to be a disaster and a giant waste of time, Every child had a turn at walking down a balancing beam and then 10 seconds of trampoline bouncing each. Oh then a medal before being shown the door. last coin this place will get from me. Was excited to see my daughters first "recital" . Instead I feel as if my family has been stolen from by gypsies. I wish I could cut a star into 100 pieces and give one portion of one star to these crooks.
