I highly recommend Coach Kyle! He is an unbelievable trainer, mentor and coach. My son applied for the State Police and was able to shave almost a minute off his running time in 1 week. It guaranteed his entry into the academy. Coach Kyle was right there alongside every run and every workout my son did. He is truly great. Thankful we found him.

Kyle is the man! Pays attention to the details and fits the workout to your specific needs. Every week I work out with him he challenges me in a different way and makes small adjustments to make sure I’m always improving. Definitely feeling a lot more energy compared to the workouts I’m used to doing in my own. Try a workout with him and you will not regret it!
