Buyer beware !! As a small business owner myself , My low review is based on horrible communication from staff from start to finish. Want to pause your membership or cancel your β parents month to month membership β ?! Good luck ! There never was a clear answer. I donβt even know if the Trainers know ? When you did email in they would email back eventually , the so-called policies . All contact from trainers and Iβm assuming owners were contradicting . Instead of making a customer happy they would rather lose you over a monthly fee , that they claim they canβt refund once it is charged. Well every person in America knows that is not true.. They tell you they need 30 days notice to cancel, but in turn when you go to do so , they have already pinged your card , and then they slap you with a link to their policies which states 10 days prior to 30 days . Needs to be more transparency & consistency to customers to avoid confusion and frustration . All in all classes were good. Definitely need to improve on customer service in a small town.

I have had Luke as a coach several times now since he started with Formula 3, and even though he has only been here a short time, his coaching style is such that you would think he has been here for several years. He is always engaged with each person, does a great job of explaining all the workouts and is highly motivated.
Last week he spent quite a bit of time showing/explaining to a first timer how everything works and answering all their questions.
Luke is doing a great job, and I hope ownership does whatever is needed to keep him working here!

Where do I start? I love having my own workout zone for each class. No switching and sharing equipment. I love getting a full body workout done in 45 minutes. I love being able to customize it for my level and my needs. Most of all, I love the energy and the confidence itβs given me. Tyler, Jamie, Jordan, and the staff are amazing! Even though I have some chronic neck and back issues, they give me lots of accommodating modifications! I didnβt think I could do it but Iβm burning lots of calories and getting stronger after every class. They still push you out of your comfort zone but understand limitations. Also, the office staff is great. Worked through a billing and booking situation that was a little confusing but made sure all was good.

I just finished the Five Week Challenge and am happy with my progress. I attended over 30 classes. I love the classes, the trainers, the convenience of multiple locations and the time slots offered, and the fact that I can track my progress over time. I particularly like knowing how many calories I burn in 45 minutes (500-600 calories) as I can keep track of my daily deficit. I lost 8% of my body weight, and 2% body fat. After completing the challenge, you receive a nutrition plan to continue your progress. I will stick with the challenge food plan for the time being, but am glad to have the other plan to switch things up later. Thanks, F3Fitness!

Formula 3 is a great trainer-led group workout. I love knowing it will be 45 minutes of an intensive and productive workout, and then I feel great for the rest of the day. The trainers are all great; they demonstrate every move for you with suggestions on how to modify if necessary. I also appreciate the trainers who will help you correct your form if you're not moving or lifting correctly. I have been much more successful with my fitness goals at this gym than any other facility. I've done a few of their fitness challenged (5-6 weeks with a nutrition plan), and these have always been well explained and supported.

The workouts are 45 mins from start to finish and the class times are convenient to fit into even the busiest schedule. The weekly nutritional check-ins and the weigh ins were extremely educational and really holds you accountable. I'm so glad I took this first step in getting my health and body back, and I cannot thank the Formula 3 fitness team enough for their motivation, knowledge and support!
So an update to my original review... I just completed another 5 week challenge successfully and I went on to join as a member for the next year! I can't say enough about the instructors, the workouts and the support that I received from everyone. I feel great and can't wait to continue this lifestyle with the help of Formula 3!

The formula 3 team helped make the five weeks to fit challenge manageable for me with nutritional and exercise advice that was clear and easy to follow. Not only did I reach my original goal of losing 10% body fat but lost an additional 4% for a total of 14%! The biggest adjustment for me was tracking my food intake, however, once I learned how to use the macro app it took only a few minutes a day. I also found that food preparation was the key to successfully sticking to the diet plan. If your food is prepared ahead of time I think one is less likely to choose convenience foods to satisfy hunger. Using leftovers simplified the process even more. The exercise regimen was creative and it kept me engaged during the five weeks. I learned new exercises and discovered muscles I didnβt know existed. Every instructor encouraged and pushed me to do my best each workout. I cannot thank them enough for helping me. I am looking forward to building on this new lifestyle change. Having a heart attack is not something we plan for or expect. I surely did not. I have no family history of heart issues nor did I have any precursory signs of one.
I had a heart attack Dec 17, 2017 and had open heart surgery on Jan 19, 2018.
While having a heart attack is not a life event weβd like,Β the great news is that my heart had minimal damage from the heart attack.Β I and the doctor agreed that this was attributable to my membership and 3X a week workout regimen at Formula 3.
My heart was strong and in spite of the heart attack working out at Formula 3Β mitigated any severe damage and quite possibly saved my life.
Iβd like to say a special Thank you to Orlando and Ashley for creating a business and developing a program and workout routine that had me prepared me for this unexpected event.Β I have just resumed by workouts at Fit3 and I enjoy being back.

What a feeling! I set my mind on a goal and never looked back. I just finished the 5 week challenge and killed it! I lost 12% of body weight and 8% body fat. I have to say, the first couple of days were the hardest. But with the support and encouragement of the trainers and staff, they brought me through. I never thought eating blue cheese dressing on my Buffalo Chicken salad would help me lose weight, but it did. The meal plan was easy to follow and so many choices. I was trying new recipes, past down by the trainers, all the time. The best part, my family loved them too. Every time I had a question or concern, they had an answer. On some days when I felt like I was hitting a brick wall, βtingβ Iβd get an email or text message with another way around that wall. When I was working out, the trainers always gave me more options to improve and get the most out of my workouts. I never thought I could workout 4 days a week. I was surprised to see myself signing up for 6 to 7 days a week. I found going to the gym almost every day, help keep focus on my goal. This was an amazing journey and I strongly encourage anyone who wants to make a change in the way they look and feel, the 5 week challenge is the way to go. For me, it was just a beginning. I have new goals and challenges I set for myself and itβs nice to know, Formula 3 Fitness will be right there to continue the journey.

Iβve been to multiple gyms over the years and this one is definitely my favorite. The class size is small enough for you to feel like youβre getting the attention you need (whether you want it or not, haha). The trainers get to know you and know what youβre capable of and are great at pushing you to be even better... which is what I love!

Julie Calhoun -I loved this program! Orlando and Ashley give you all the tools you need to succeed with the food tracker app; a bounty of delicious recipes and encouragement along the way. Each plan was made for the individual based on age, weight, body composition, etc. not a one size fits all program. The trainers are all excellent and encouraging; questions are encouraged and are explained in detail. The workouts are challenging but are made for all levels with extra modifications added if needed. Made some new friends during this challenge and will continue on this plan until my personal goal is met!!

Formula 3 and their incredible trainers have changed my life. I just completed my first 5 week challenge, lost 10.2 pounds and 4% body fat. With their help, encouragement, direction and lots of hard work. Iβm eating clean, building muscle and strong again. I never thought Iβd be working out this intense 5 days a week, but I am and loving every minute. Since joining Formula 3 Iβve lost almost 40lbs and down three sizes! I started at Formula 3 in January 2018, honestly a little nervous with how I would do with such intense workouts. I had worked out prior, however not as consistently or as intense. Stepping into Formula 3 I had goals and high hopes for what I could accomplish, but I never thought I would get out of it what I have in the last 5+ months. To date I have lost 40lbs! But Iβve gained a lot of things too. I have gained muscle & strength. I have gained confidence & the motivation to push myself farther than I thought I could go. I have gained knowledge regarding my body, what it needs, & how to listen to it. I have also gained relationships. My parents and I go to classes together. We cheer each other on, push each other when we need it most, & together have become a closer & healthier family because of Formula 3. Iβve also gained so many friendships at Formula 3, between the trainers and the fellow gym members, you always know youβre going to find a friend in class to push you & encourage you to do your best. Iβve gotten stronger going to classes consistently. I can now handle going 5 days a week & I am increasing my weights and intensity with each workout. I see so much progress in myself beyond the scale, which keeps me pushing during class & continuing to sign up for more. I decided to participate in the 5 week challenge because I like structure & goal setting. During the challenge I lost 12.6lbs and 4.3% body fat! I gained so much knowledge during the challenge that I am going to use beyond the 5 weeks and carry over into my every day healthy eating: such as focusing on what your body needs, reading food labels, & how healthy eating can really affect how your body feels and performs at the gym. I would recommend, & have, Formula 3 to anyone. Theyβre individualized approach to each gym member, constant motivation & encouragement, & amazing workouts make investing in your health & fitness 100% worth it.

Formula 3 Fitness has the best full body work out EVER! I love the strength, cardio and stretch/flexibility are all focused on! The trainers are experts at what they do. It is clean and each member has their own equipment and station. The Formula 3 workouts are challenging, fun and effective! Formula 3 is my Forever Fitness Home!!!

My whole family attends Breakthrough fitness and we absolutely love it! The classes are always challenging but the trainers are great at adjusting to fit your personal needs. We have also had a lot of success with the nutrition plan that Orlando and his team have put into place, ALL of us are seeing the results and its become a way of life and not a diet. Its also really great that you can ask questions any time, either in person, via email, or via the text hotline.

We thought it would be like fit body boot camp but it wasn't. So we cancelled on 2nd day of signing contract and still made us pay for entire month. Owners are unethical. Make sure you try a class before you sign any contract. In any state you are allowed to cancel a contract within 3 days.
