Fred trainer is a fantastic one! He is super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I really like how Fred gave me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I’ve going for a some time have been seeing changes in my energy levels and body.Fred is very attentive to details and listens to your needs! I started working out with Alfred back in October 2022. I have been working out all my life but it was mainly cardio and home workouts. I didn’t have any weight problems but I really wanted to get my body more toned. I had some annoying belly fat and thought I would never be able to see my abs:)
It was my absolute pleasure to have Alfred as my trainer. He was able to help me to get to my body goals within few months. And besides being a professional, he is a very good person and comfortable to work with.
Oh, and even though I didn’t expect to loose weight, I actually lost 8 lbs and reduced my waist size by 3 inches. Plus, I got stronger physically and mentally💪🏻

I met Fred by chance. I must say that I lucked out that day! I spotted Fred immediately. He was working on his martial arts technique. It was spectacular and breathtaking. I was working on my strength and flexibility. We connected instantly as he praised my technique and immediately gave me invaluable advice that instantly added to the results.

Fred is a great guy: genuine, easy going, and honest. Fred is a natural-born teacher. Fred individualizes his training sessions to the specifics of your goals and your abilities. He takes into account everything ranging from natural angualation of your bones, your muscle length and strength, level of your energy during the session to specific you-centric tailored technic and intensity that allows progress. Fred is both highly trained and very naturally gifted (physically and as an educator /instructor).

Ok, in simple language, Fred is just awesome. I have seen personal trainers play with their phones and chew gum while the trainee is flailing around. This is not the case here. Fred watches your every move constantly and corrects your form. I can't say enough great things about him. Fred is in stellar shape himself.

Besides all the personal physical and great educator abilities, Fred's philosophy is very centered anf and is based on kindness, support, availability, motivation, selflessness. Highest recommendation! 👍👍👍💪

Fred is an AMAZING personal trainer! He’s genuine, hard working, respectful, professional and loves to train people. He has got me into the best shape of my life. Training is his passion and you can really see that with each session. He’s super knowledgeable about every aspect of fitness and creates a workout plan to fit your needs. Wether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, stay healthy or even learn martial arts; he can do it all. No ‘one’ workout is the same, he knows a bunch of exercises to target each muscle specifically, so it never gets boring. He pushes you past your limitation and then some. He creates a nutrition plan for you as well. I’d highly recommend Fred as a personal trainer , you won’t be disappointed!
