We just got back from a free trial ( parkour/ninja warrior) and can’t wait to start!! Pablo, the instructor, welcomed my son to the group and was super cool. My 8 year old son isn’t really a sports kid so have been looking for alternatives to get his energy out. He was all smiles doing the courses- I think we found his thing ! We absolutely LOVE this place! First off, communication and flexibility are top notch. They are so quick to answer my texts and are always helpful when needing to reschedule in case the kids get sick. The instructors are so patient with my son and are very helpful when he doesn't quite understand something. So relieving for a parent of multiples! If you ask my kids how they like going to class they will tell you they absolutely LOVE LOVE going weekly. My daughter is 12 and had foot surgery 4 months ago. Since then, she has experienced some confidence issues jumping right into the more complex tumbling runs. Already in 2 sessions, Joe and his bootcamp have given the confidence to work on her tuck which is almost back and she is already close to getting a standing tuck which is a new skill! Absolutely love everything about this facility for my daughter! She was completely new to tumbling and within a few weeks has already learned the basics and has so much fun. What I like is how they cater to each kid based on their level! I prefer this type of environment vs a larger scale or chain facility as each lesson is less chaotic and less kids in the group. My daughter is only 5 and figuring out what she likes but I think this class is PERFECT for older kids in cheer!

There was a brief period of time where an extracurricular activity was not in my budget, and they did not pressure me to stay or make me feel bad about not continuing classes. Free to fly is amazing. My 3.5 year old daughter joined a few months ago and I can’t even begin to explain how much she loves it. She practices most stuff at home.
recently, she moved up an age group and the parents stay behind the gate and the children go in by themselves. My daughter and I were both struggling because She didn’t want to participate because she wanted me by her side at all times. I didn’t want the other kids to get distracted by my daughter. I messaged Dana and asked if she had any suggestions. She came up with the idea of me leaving my daughter there with her and I should leave the building. At first I was hesistant but we tried it, she cried at first and the second class she did so much better. I’m so happy Dana suggested this because 1- I know my daughter loves it there. 2- it’s building her self confidence. I’m so happy my daughter can continue doing gymnastics.

Free To Fly is an amazing place for your child/children to learn basic tumbling skills or advance to more competitive tricks! I was looking for a business for ninja warrior and gymnastics classes, and through research and speaking with the owner, Joe, I registered my children at Free to Fly, as we have other places a lot closer to home. Joe was very helpful, honest (my daughter broke her elbow and he told me to have her stay off of it and revisit in January for gymanstics, as Dana did too) and friendly. It was nice that he answered me in a timely fashion too, instead of being dismissed or waiting weeks for an answer or nothing at all..... he also allowed my children to take a trial class to see what they thought. I also found whether I spoke to Joe or Dana, through the season, they were always on the same page.
One of my children found a love for the ninja warrior class. His coach, James, has a great relationship with my son and I can absolutely say Coach James knows his students, the skills they have, and the skills to make stronger. My son takes Coach James's suggestions and helpfulness, in class and private lessons, to heart and wants to make him and himself proud. Coach James is a great role model!
He is thrilled to continue working with Coach James for another season and we welcome another child to start gymanstic this season too! If my other children decide to take an interest in any of their activities offered , they will become part of the Free to Fly family!!

My daughter has been going to free to fly for just about 3 years. The staff and coaches are outstanding. They have lots of patience and have the greatest coaching techniques. My daughter has learned so much over the years and it is the highlight of her week when she gets to go. Free to Fly has been our home away from home for 7 years now! Joe and his staff have been with my daughter since she was 3 years old! She has developed in skills throughout these years all thanks to them! I began coaching a sachem youth cheerleading team 6 years ago and immediately got my team involved with this GYM! They have helped to make our team what it is today! They have incredible tumbling and pride themself in their ability to do such advanced tumbling at a young age! Joe has always worked with our families to make tumbling affordable and available to our schedules! We will forever be grateful to joe & con! They will always be a part of our team!! And I will always send my daughter to FREE TO FLY!!!

My daughter is always a nervous Nelly with trying anything new. So she had the same response with Free To Fly camp. She loved it so much she guilted me into another week. She said the couches are great and helpful with her. Most importantly she feels comfortable with them. She can't wait to go back on Monday.
