This was my first time visiting this place, and honestly, it was a terrible experience from the start. I walked in with no greeting, no guidance — nothing to make a new client feel welcomed or oriented. I even had to mentioned that it was my first time.
They couldn’t find my booking, and I eventually realized what happened: the day before, I called because I couldn’t reschedule online. The person on the phone booked me into the wrong class but kept the same time. After she explained how the site worked, I fixed it myself — but accidentally moved my class to the wrong day.
So today, I show up excited and ready, only to be told they can’t find my booking. When we figured out the mix-up, their response was basically, “There’s nothing we can do.” They mentioned there was space in the class for me to rebook, but said I’d have to email FuzeHouse about the credit. To make it worse, when I asked to use the restroom, I heard giggling. I’m not going to assume they were laughing at me, but given how cold and dismissive they were, I didn’t feel supported either way.
At the end of the day, I don’t even care about rescheduling or getting credit. The energy was unwelcoming, and I can’t see why I’d want to return.

I really liked the class , amenities are good (although the locker room is a bit small for the amount of people that go to the class) and the studio is really pretty & aesthetic. I do have to say that the mats are NOT well sanitized (and you have to rent them). When I went to my first class , the smell coming from the mat was unbearable and there were a lot of stains on it. I then realized mats are cleaned by past customers and then put outside ready to take for the people on the next class, so you never know if it was cleaned properly or not. I think a good alternative is for the studio to give out towels to put on top the mats and then wash them.

Studio is cute but my rental mat was likely not sanitized properly because it smelled like sweaty feet. I expect better cleanliness for $40/class + $3 mat rental.

i never tend to leave reviews, but my experience here was horrible today. i always go to fuze house in Chelsea location (5 stars) amazing. but today i chose to go to tribeca location. i drive from jersey, so there was a little extra traffic, i call in to let them know BEFORE i take the tunnel, that i will be 10 minutes late, and if it was a problem, i would just turn around because i understand class would have started already. the front desk tells me its ok. she would check me in so my spot would be available once I arrived . I also tell her, my friend would be getting there on time and she would be able to grab all necessary equipment for me, so when i get there i dont disrupt anyone. once i get there she helps me get in , she was very helpful and kind. but as soon as I go in the instructor Tara goes outside to ask the front desk, girl why she would allow me in. 10 minutes after I started my workout, the front desk girl pulls me out and apologizes and said there is no space for me (even tho i was checked in, dont see how) and no equipment left for me. I understood and left. My friend then tells me Tara didnt allow her to set an extra mat for me (even tho i was checked in) and my spot was taken by an EMPLOYEE. Someone who worked there. therefore i will never come here again , Front desk girl was very nice. Seems like Tara must have been having a bad day :(

I regularly attend Elisah’s 9:45am Sunday class and I am obsessed!! Her sequences are always fun and challenging, and she is great at offering modifications and challenges throughout class. I always go in knowing I’m going to be pushed to my best self and I walk out feeling accomplished every time! She is also an absolute sweetheart, taking time to learn everyone’s name and provide them with a welcoming environment. Coach E has a fan for life here!

I took Elisah’s Sunday 11am class and it was SUCH a balanced, strength focused workout. Great modifications if you need to dial it up or down in terms of intensity. She’s also so sweet and lovely and is the first Fuze House instructor whose class I’ve become obsessed with!!

I was in town visiting from Miami and needed a place to workout at. I decided to go to fuze house. The Tribeca location is just darling. The girls were great and friendly and the teacher, Kat was just phenomenal! Not only did I decide to take a class right after the 1st one, but also came back for more the next day! I highly recommend!

I’ve been attending Fuzehouse for the past month and have been thoroughly impressed with the experience! Every instructor brings something special to the table, but my personal favorites are Katherine, Makena, and Monica. I always try to book my classes with them. I really appreciate how all 3 push you to do your best but also provide modifications. I’ve started bringing friends along to classes, and they’ve all become fans as well!
The instructors alone make the pricing well worth the investment, but with the locker room amenities, and the equipment, I love this studio even more. There are a few showers available, disposable combs, face wash, and more. I’ve tried both the Tribeca and Chelsea locations, but I personally prefer the Tribeca studio because of the locker room. It’s worth the extra travel time.
If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be replacing some of the equipment. During one class, the Bala bangles kept coming off. The classes are usually fully booked, so I’m not surprised the equipment has been used pretty well. Aside from that minor issue, I truly have nothing negative to say. The studio has everything I’m looking for from the hot workouts, amazing instructors, and the great amenities. Fuzehouse is the best! :)
