AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE Terrible experience, will not be returning. Running late for class due to a subway issue and they wouldn’t let me in even though people were coming in and out of the classroom the entire time I was at the front desk pleading with them. The front desk people and the owners were extremely condescending and rude. They seem to have no regard for any reason of being late or missing class and all they care about is ripping off their customers.

Overall terrible experience with the staff - they are unkind and rude to their customers. The class isn't that good and studio isn't clean enough to justify the price.

I’m very particular about my workouts and teachers as a trained yoga instructor myself.. Movement is my daily meditation. I work out almost everyday in LA so when I’m in NYC I’m looking for great studios with excellent instructors who know their anatomy, aligament and cues to ensure you are safe.
Elisa G’s class is always sold out where I book almost two weeks in advance to get in. You know those instructors where you order the extra strong cold brew before class? She’s that. Her music is 🔥 and you crawl out of class knowing you got served (in the best way). 1000% recommend checking her out at Fuze house on the weekends and hoping I’ve convinced her to also come teach out in LA 😈

Elisah Gelladuga's class is my absolute favorite. Her classes are thoughtful and challenging, and I always leave feeling like I got an excellent workout. I wish she had more AM classes at Chlesea!

I took Elisah's sculpt class and it was amazing! The playlist was great, she coached you and motivated you to push through. I definitely got a great workout in 50 minutes.
The studio is lovely. The front desk attendants were very nice and helpful. The bathroom has all the amenities.

I have mixed feelings about Fuze House. The studio is nice, but needs some cleaning and manteinace. Good thing part of the class is in darkness. Good assortment of props and equipment. The staff was nice and welcoming. Unconfortable changing rooms, and needs also more frequent cleaning. The coach knew what was doing, but for me the class Sculpt was not demanding, short and too slow. The music was good but the mic was terrible.

I did this class when we were visiting New York from Dallas. We were at the Chelsea location at the teacher was fantastic. The issue I had was the heat. It was VERY HOT and we are from Texas. I mentioned it to the front desk girl on my way out and she rolled her eyes at me. I would be prepared and bring lots of water.

I took Hot Sculpt with Elisah Gelladuga, and honestly, this was one of the best workouts I’ve ever done.🔥The class was slow and controlled in the most intentional way, helping us really focus on every muscle group — core, glutes, arms, everything! I could feel it all working. Elisah created such a positive, supportive atmosphere and was incredibly caring throughout. She walked around the room, gently correcting form and making sure everyone felt confident and safe. It was such an empowering experience from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back!✨

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Olivia Figueroa’s workout classes. Her Monday evening class has become an absolute non-negotiable in my week – I literally set an alarm just to make sure I can book it before it fills up. That’s how good it is.
Her workouts are incredibly intentional and thoughtfully structured – every single movement has a purpose, and she somehow manages to tone every part of my body in one class without it ever feeling overwhelming. What I especially love is her focus on smaller, more controlled movements that really activate muscles you didn’t even know you had. I sweat a lot given the room is very hot but that is also the point. Olivia also does an amazing job of incorporating the weights and equipment - not to mention her playlists. Her music choice is incredible and the energy is always very high.
You feel the difference immediately, and even more so the next day (in the best way possible!).
After every class, I walk out feeling strong, refreshed, and so grateful to have made it in. Her energy, attention to form, and encouragement throughout the session are next level. Truly, this class is a 10/10 every time. If you can get a spot – take it. Your body and mind will thank you!

I absolutely loved the class and the workout—so amazing! I can’t wait to go back. The studio itself was stunning, with such an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. It was impeccably clean, and the products available in the changing room were high-quality. The only downside was that the staff didn’t seem very friendly or welcoming, which was a bit of a letdown. However, it was 6AM so I guess there is that to consider :)

I didn’t love the class I took but it was a good workout and I’d definitely try a different format class. The studio itself is gorgeous, amazing amenities, and the front desk staff couldn’t be nicer. (This is for tribeca I couldn’t find the new studio on google maps)

Took the 50-minute Hot Pilates class in the main room with Lydia Dallas and wow—what a challenge in the best way! It was a sweaty, empowering session that left me feeling stronger and more connected to my body. Lydia’s energy and cues were on point, keeping the class motivating from start to finish.
The studio itself is beautiful, and the shower facilities are especially worth mentioning—clean, modern, and so aesthetically pleasing. Such a great post-class reset. Highly recommend Fuze Pilates if you’re looking for a solid burn in a gorgeous space.

I’ve wanted to try Fuze house for the longest time, I was so excited to go. When I got to the Chelsea location in nyc for my first class I was greeted with rudeness and found out I had signed up for the wrong week. There were zero accommodations, it was actually recommended I pay again.
I have a friend who was signed up for the same day and overheard the staff gossiping about the situation. Which is totally inappropriate.
Would not recommend Fuze house to anyone. I’ve never experienced a money centric mindset at any other workout studio in the nyc area.

Just an Okay studio ! I don’t recommend it for first timers as the teachers have 50 minutes and it’s very hard to follow the rythm if you’re not used to it and teacher don’t have time to kind of explain a bit slower the movements .
Showers are very small and it’s very inconvenient but does the Job .
Over all just okay but not worth the hype
I think most of it is The aesthetic and Bala equipment .

I loved my class with Alexa, her flow makes time pass very quickly. I was surprised to see that the class squeezes up to 30-35 people in a sweaty room, but hey this is New York. I just didn’t like how in some corners, it’s pretty hard to see what the instructor is doing when she was at the very front and not moving around the room. Customer service was friendly despite coming in 2 minutes late. My only real concern is the hygiene as, expectedly, the mats aren’t perfectly cleaned by us clients after classes. Same goes to the equipment and studio floor.

I recently hosted a private event at Fuze House for a brand launch and can’t say enough amazing things about the entire Fuze House team. From day 1 of reaching out to their team, their communication has been on point and during the event, their team was incredibly helpful and helped everything run super smoothly.
The Fuze House studio in Flatiron is beautiful and class itself as well as all of the instructors are so talented and provide an amazing workout and experience.
Really looking forward to working with their team again and also going to Fuze for my weekly workouts!
Shoutout to Evan and Morgan for making this event together a breeze.

Attended my first class today and I’ll definitely be back for more. Clean, modern, well-designed studio with separate front desk area and nice bathrooms with showers and nice products. The studio has infrared heat and various equipment used in the class. Great sound system. My instructor today was Sina and her class was 10/10- great workout sequences, excellent cues, awesome playlist, and a nice stretch at the end. Feeling great and already booking my next class.

I took my first class here this past week after being recommended on reddit. I enjoyed the class and the studio. The vibe was welcoming for a new comer. The studio was clean and offered a lot amenities like showers, face wash, lockers. The front desk team was helpful and nice. I had purchased the intro single class special. There was no pushy sales after or before the class which I appreciated. People in the studio were really friendly too. The class I took was intervals and it was a challenge but I enjoyed it. I'm bummed I missed their black friday sale but I will still be back for more classes!

FUZE is the best workout in NYC. It is chic, clean, boutique AF and an AMAZING workout. The instructors are enthusiastic and the workout is rewarding. The staff are also just genuinely nice and kind to work with. I was planning a small private event and Evan was so easy work with - made sure I got everything I wanted and responded so quick. I legit love this spot so much I hope they open more.

After looking forward to hitting Fuze House on every visit to Miami, I was thrilled to see them opening in New York. The studio is beautiful (all Bala equipment, showers and great products in the locker room) and every class I’ve taken has been stellar. You’ll walk out drenched in sweat (in a good way) and feeling awesome every single time. Take Alexa’s class!!

Similar to many other reviewers, I can attest to the awful customer service. I accidentally booked a class for the wrong day due to the subpar website (which an employee at the studio acknowledged herself) and they would not credit me the class back. I would’ve gotten over them not reinstating the credit, but the email correspondence I had with the studio was very rude and dismissive. I was told “If you won't come back to our studio due to this then there isn't much we can do.”. Well, I will certainly never be back.

Fuze House was the perfect venue for our recent charity class. The studio itself is beautiful and very clean. Their team was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they really went above and beyond to make our event a success. Their pilates and sculpt classes are also some of the best in the city. Highly recommend all around!

Fuze House Chelsea is the hottest new workout in NYC -- literally and figuratively! The staff is amazing, so nice & helpful and every instructor is great. I love Makena's class, she is super knowledgable about the body and form, and helps you get a good burn going every time. Plus, the showers are filled with super nice ELEMIS products. It's my favorite new workout in NYC!

My girlfriend booked a class and was absolutely thrilled to go. Unfortunately, due to her work as a surgeon, she had a case that had to go to OR immediately and was unable to make her class. Despite discussing the circumstances with management and the company they wouldn’t allow her to rebook later that day. Additionally they wouldn’t refund her nor provide a credit. Unfortunately we are living in a world where there’s no more leniency for the consumer or consideration for customers. Outrageously poor customer service.

I recently tried out a few classes at Fuzehouse in NYC, and while the workouts are solid, it’s clear the studio and its staff still have a few kinks to work out.
I had to cancel a class last minute and called the studio. The staff member was polite and explained the cancellation policy, kindly offering to credit me a class as a one time courtesy which I appreciated. However, when I checked my account later, they did not fulfill their promise.
When I reached out for clarification, I received an unhelpful and rude response. The tone of the email was dismissive, which was frustrating, especially after being given different information over the phone. I also noticed another customer mentioned having a similar experience in a review, which suggests this might be an ongoing issue.

I really wanted to love this studio, given all the recent hype.
However, upon arrival, I realized I had accidentally booked a class for the previous day (I had traveled in from Germany). When I explained this to the front desk and asked if the credit could be applied to the class I intended to book, there was zero sympathy from the staff. Instead, I was informed that I would need to pay $40 on top of the $35 I had already spent to join. While I understand enforcing a no-show policy for repeat clients, this was my very first experience with the brand, and it was an honest booking error.
Additionally, the setup in the studio is poorly thought out. If you’re positioned in the last row, it’s nearly impossible to see the instructor during any exercises that require lying down—most of the class fell into this category. The instructor did not walk around to demonstrate or correct anyone’s form, which made it even more frustrating.

First and foremost, FuzeHouse is an absolutely incredible workout. I have been going for the past two months and have spent nearly $1000 between classes and mat rentals. I leave this feedback with the genuine hope that the studio makes efforts to improve.
All of the spaces are always very dirty. The studio floors are covered in hair balls and dust. The mirrors are covered in fingerprints. The equipment seems to not be thoroughly cleaned ever-- mats and bala bangles always smell disgusting, the bala bangles are often damp from other people's sweat, and the balls are turning a shade of grayish pink from built up sweat.
The locker room is incredibly small and also always dirty. No matter if it is a 7:15am or a 5:30pm class, the showers are full of hair, and the sinks and countertops are covered in hair and dirty water runoff. I have even seen drops of blood on the floor that staff missed after doing a cursory swiffer.
For the price of these classes, the equipment and changing areas should be cleaned thoroughly between classes.
In all of the classes I have attended, I have seen a total of 4 male presenting participants. I have also seen women being harshly chided by staff when trying to shower or use the bathroom in the men's locker room after finishing a class that had only women, and another class was not scheduled for at least an hour... The women's locker room is incredibly small, and there are often lines for the showers and bathroom stalls. They should devise some system to allow women to use both locker rooms when the current class is only women.
The staff is, more often than not, aloof. They are curt at check in, won't allow you to use more than one washcloth size sweat towel, and are dismissive when you notify them of dirty showers or clogged drains.
Again, the workout here is so incredible, so I hope they step up general practices around the studio to justify the luxury price point.

I took Sculpt class with Michelle last week. I know the Chelsea studio recently opened but I left thinking there is room for improvement.
1) Equipment that I picked up to use (bala weights) smelled awful - need to be cleaned properly.
2) Instructor is friendly and upbeat but sounded robotic - she didn't do a great job of explaining what part of the body we were working. Sounded like she was speaking off of a script which isn't super helpful.
3) As a previous workout instructor, I notice these things and think that with experience they can be improved.
Overall, I would still come back to class. I think the instructor needs to learn more about the anatomy of the body and explain the different muscle groups we are working to cause less confusion. A few people around me seemed confused and looked like they needed form correction.
