We cater to the beginer who doesn't like to exercise. We like to think outside the dumbbell to help people who have difficulties to modify their exercises. We have a restoration zone with hand held massagers, massage guns, and a gently massage chair. We have bright colors in the gym to make it feel more comfortable experience. I don't recommend going to this establishment if you are serious about getting in shape, and if you do go don't workout too hard or get a sweat going , they don't like people who sweat and work hard. He (Lindsey) also discriminated against me because in his words "my pits smell" well.... guess what, when you work out for 2 hours to achieve your goals you tend to sweat and give off scent because we are all humans. They didn't handle this situation with any kindness, rather he rudely got in my face and singled me out in front of other people. So just seeing this behavior and how they treated me , I recommend you come to this gym if you just want to go through the motions and just "look" like your working out, just make sure you cover your body with chemicals first so you don't upset the old man Lindsey. I've been a very active person for quite a few years, I've been to many gyms and had many workout partners and never have I had such an experience at a business that is intended to aid people with their fitness.

This gym is family run. They are very professional, helpful, kind, and community minded.
The gym is very clean and follows covid19 regulations.
I have been going there for about one year now, and I feel like family. I give them five stars!

A nice clean gym with lots of different workout machines. Very friendly family staff who greets you by name every time and who is there for any questions or just good general conversation. A full orientation on all equipment your first time and they will even help you find the right settings for what your comfortable with on the machine! I highly recommend this gym and look forward to a new hobby this winter!
