I visited almost 3 years ago, but came back to leave a review. I was in town for a week and was able to work out a deal with the owner(s). She was very accommodating and knew all I wanted was a place to workout, no trouble. Super nice people and has all the equipment needed. Highly recommend

Interested in doing deadlifts in 10 degree weather? If so then GFC is the place for you. Whatever the temperature is outside….that’s the temperature in their “functional fitness” room. What a joke

Excellent cleanliness and friendly owners, understanding of beginners and casual fitness members. The website's photos don't do the place justice, it's quite larger on the inside than you'd expect with a wide variety of equipment and personal trainers available to help for a reasonable fee. It's a very inviting atmosphere and 24/7 access makes it easy to work out on your schedule.
Edit: Still going a year later and I still love the place. Highly recommend if you need a gym and are a local.

Fantastic gym!! We are out-of-Towners & needed to find a gym that has equipment we were used to. This gym is Clean, has nice equipment, has a great back room where they do personal training. It has everything. The standard things you would want, very nice treadmills, and machines, plus TRX, Ropes, Kettlebells, weighted medicine balls, etc.
The owners Don & Patti Scalise were super friendly & accommodating to give us both a day pass. We are going to head there every time we come to town!!

Don and Patty run the best gym to which I've ever been a member. Always clean and always friendly. It's never too crowded and has a diverse mixture of people in various fitness levels so noone would feel out of place.

In town for my college reunion and was very lucky to find GFC! All the equipment you would ever need, clean and friendly atmosphere. If you are in the area, I highly recommend you stop in and catch a workout, or better yet, join GFC. You will be happy you did.
