I have been training with Coach Nick for boxing for a few months now. Coach Nick is an excellent trainer, knowledgeable and patient while prioritizing good form and strong habits for sustainable, long -term progress. He also takes time to explain why you’re doing a particular exercise or holding a form which I really appreciate. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a great space for boxing.

Went in for a week long free trial. Safe to say I didn’t want to stop. Coming from a taekwondo background, it was a bit of an adjustment. But Coach Nick is one of the best people I’ve ever worked with. The workouts are intense, and he will push you, but commit and you will get in shape. Got rid of my gym membership for this, and have no regrets. Ginja Ninja also has open gym hours where you can train on your own, which is a bonus. Overall 5/5. Highly recommend!

I love this place! At first my son and daughter didn’t want to go boxing. It was a new thing for them. Now they both feel confident in their abilities to defend themselves, and at the same time are having fun. We love Nick(coach)! He always makes the practice fun and enjoyable. I definitely recommend going here and trying something new. You might find your next hobby.

I've been taking classes at GNA for the better part of a decade, and I can say that I have enjoyed being part of such a supportive and energetic community. The coaches have an incredible amount of experience and dedication to their craft, and it shows in the results. If you are in Queens, you owe it to yourself to drop in at the very least - whether you want to increase your cardio output, put on some muscle, or just feel better in general. All seems possible at GNA!

I love this gym. The workouts are effective and incredibly fun. They are over before I know it and I am absolutely dripping in sweat. Each instructor does an amazing job of creating a workout for every fitness and skill level. In addition, with the multiple classes offered there truly is something for everyone. I have also been extremely impressed by the vast knowledge and experience each instructor has. They all seem to be truly passionate about what they do and sincerely care for the members growth and health. The atmosphere they fostered here is simply amazing. You have a group of individuals that work extremely hard and yet they are all very encouraging and friendly. I have never been to a gym with such supportive and inclusive members. I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable here.

Coach Nick's kickboxing, strength and conditioning, and technique classes are incredibly challenging, diverse, and lots of fun. I enjoy the variation of different kinds of exercises combined with the opportunity to work the heavy bag. Coach Nick teaches each class personally. I really appreciate how thoughtful he is about each routine, his endless wealth of knowledge about his craft, and about the passion he demonstrates for teaching and for his students' growth and safety.

Incredible classes. Nick is a fantastic coach whose experience spans across so many forms of athletics and disciplines, there is something here for everyone. A combination of boxing, MMA, HIIT, weight training, and even some CrossFit exercises sprinkled in keeps the classes fun, engaging, and super tough. You can definitely adjust the pace and modify as you need to, especially if you’re a beginner. These classes have helped me get into the best shape of my life! I couldn’t recommend it any higher.

I've been training with Coach Nick for 6+ years . In that time I've drastically improved my fitness and met some of my closest friends in class. We work hard together: all ages, super inclusive, always motivating one another. Not only did I get in shape, but I gained a family and the confidence that I could defend myself if I ever need to. There is no business I could recommend more ♡
