Really great atmosphere for those of us who are not necessarily gym rats. Very friendly and helpful staff plus a huge variety of equipment from weights thru cardio make it a great place to work out. Convenient location too!

My husband signed a contract for a one-year membership. Legally speaking, it is a valid contract and we understand that. We would have no problem with them simply saying they cannot cancel the contract early.

Our disappointment comes from the way they got him to sign the contract and the poor customer service afterwards. He went in during his limited time off and specifically asked what he should know before signing. He was just looking for a month-to-month membership. He was told about monthly rates. When he asked, the staff specifically said there was nothing else he needed to know, and did not make him aware of the contract provision stating his membership would last for a minimum of one year. They let him sign under false pretenses, and they don't have the decency to help him out.

Once we raised our concerns (about being told there was nothing else important in the contract) to the staff, they initially told my husband they would cancel his membership. They ended up making us jump through hoops until I finally spoke with Al on the phone, and he was incredibly rude. (He is also only available for a limited time on Wednesdays, and when I said my husband's work schedule wouldn't let him come in or call on Wednesday afternoons, Al said "that's not my problem.") He could have just said it's against the policy to cancel a contract before one year is up. He could have said his staff was wrong to tell us they would cancel his membership. Instead, he denied any responsibility, didn't care that my husband had specifically asked about the length of the contract, and was incredibly rude in the process.

Be very careful before giving Global Fitness your business.

Very reasonable rates. Convenient location, close to my work and where I live. Friendly staff and knowledgeable trainers. Plenty of equipment, cardio gear, free weights, etc.

Terrible atmosphere dingy facilities, no classes,two trainers and one is over weight. The other is on steroids. The owner is rude or ignores you all together. Don't waste your money.

I am extremely happy with this gym. I have tried other gyms and nothing really compares in terms of value and services. They have a very friendly staff, and all the fitness equipment you would need to get your workouts done. I chose this gym because the hours were more than convenient, and they have the best personal trainers in this area.

They have all the equipment you will need and some great personal trainers, best of all is the desk staff. They are friendly and helpful. I have no problem referring Global Fitness to my friends; if you have as good an experience as I do you will love it.
