I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and went to Jarrod to help me get my physical fitness back on track to help with my condition.

After 12 weeks of working with him I have lost weight, regained range of motion and flexibility and made significant progress managing my diabetes.

Jarrod helped me get back on my feet and rebuild my strength and conditioning after years of sedentary living.

I’ve been going to Go For It’s group classes for several years now. I always push myself harder in the group setting than I would working out alone, yet I feel I always get 1-1 attention with Jarrod no matter how many are in the class. Jarrod puts thought and planning into the diversity of exercise stations whether it be the outdoor Beast Camp or indoor Boxing. I’m sure his other fitness offerings are taught in the same challenging, yet safe and friendly way. Jarrod also stresses the importance of a thorough stretch at the end of each class, something that’s often overlooked in other facilities. I’ve been working out with Jarrod for over 8 months. I started with little mobility in my right shoulder, weak knees, and low flexibility. Jarrod’s careful guidance and regimen just for me and my physical needs has allowed me to progress to greater flexibility and strengthen in my shoulder, knees, and upper body, along with strengthening my legs, arms, and core.
