Bungee - Bungee fitness combines a cardiovascular workout with resistance training & offers clients increased intensity with lower impact on joints.
Mini Tramp - Research that initially spoke of the benefits of rebounding was from a 1979 NASA study. According to the report, rebounding exercise is 68% more efficient than jogging. As a total body exercise, rebounding works every part of the body β increasing how many and how quickly you burn calories. NASAβs study claimed that someone spending one hour rebounding would burn more calories than that person would jogging for an hour.

We had the best time. We celebrated my younger sisterβs bachelorette party here and it was soooo much fun. The staff was excellent and accommodating. The process from start to finish was top notch. I will recommend this place to everyone.

Did the intro bungee class today β€οΈπͺ! It was so much fun! I think anyone at any age or skill level could do this. The instructor, Lisa was sweet and offered variations. The owner, Stacy was there to assist throughout the class. Please show up at least 15-20 min early!!!! Everyone has to be harness and it took time. Some people showed up 5 minutes after class was supposed to start and we had to stand there waiting.

Took a bungee class last night with instructor Lori. Had a blast! Lori taught us several moves and had the class flying and jumping! It was a great workout! All ages! I will be going back!! Thank you for the best and most fun workout ever!! Ava

Great spot for a fun workout that is low impact but high resistance! Friendly atmosphere and instructors as well as excellent routines to make you just have a blast - you forget your working out BUT after feel like you got such a full workout in! Flying is such a blast!
