We have loved our experience at Gold Medal. My daughter has been attending class since she was 15 months old in the Bronze Babies class and she has now worked her way up into the Super Silvers class at just 4 years old thanks to the incredible coaches. My son started in the Bronze Babies class and has enjoyed the structured activity and independent play along with getting positive interactions with other children his age. I also love the camps that are offered for school breaks!

Took my 2.5 year old daughter for a trial with the bronze babies class. It was a small class of only 5 kids including my daughter, and two teachers. I will not be signing up my daughter because during the class, only one kid was really focused on. Not sure if it’s a family friend or someone that has been coming for a long time. But what I witnessed today was pure favoritism and all other kids aside from the one, was basically ignored. The little interaction they had with the few other kids including mine did not seem genuine. Although they seem like nice girls, they need to do way better with including all kids. At the start of the class, I was not shown around the different stations they have set up for the children. I will be trying the other locations to see if there is a class my daughter will be willingly accepted into and not ignored. My daughter did have fun, but if I’m paying for something, I’m not going to pay to watch 1 kid get all the attention and all others ignored.

Emma at Gold's Gym is my granddaughter's instructor and I can't get over how wonderful she is and how much she has done for, and with, my granddaughter. Emma has given my granddaughter skills and confidence and did this in a relatively short time. She is truly amazing and I can't thank her enough. Everyone who works there is also very friendly and helpful. It's all in all a great place.

Classes are great! They definitely need more seating for patents watching kids! There is a lot of space for 1 or 2 rows for a bench or two. Just talking as a parent with back issues standing too long. Other then that great teachers and classes!

Still need more seating for parents when many classes are going on at the same time.

I would never recommend this place to anyone!! My daughter was attending here until Covid started getting really bad so we put her gymnastics on pause. Well when my daughter wanted to return they told me the classes that I paid for she cannot make up because it’s been too long!! To me that is called stealing!!! I paid for these classes!!! This place doesn’t care about nobody only money!!!
I’m very upset that my daughter couldn’t make up the classes that I paid for horrible!!!! Sad because my daughter loved coming here but the MANAGER is horrible!!!

This place is great! Wednesdays are definitely packed, but the team members/ coaches are very strategic with rotation and attentive to the kids.
The entire hour of the class was utilized wisely with new skills at each rotation.
The last place we used spent so long stretching and taking attendance that the kids barely had any time left for gymnastics- so the experience at Gold Metal Gymnastics was a nice change!
Will definitely be staying with this gym.

Mostly positive. It’s gross the girls are barefoot and the teachers wear shoes. Some of the teachers are not sensitive to the needs of you get children. My child had a very hard time transitioning from Bronze babies to silver stars and someone made fun of her for wearing sweats over her Leo n the teacher totally disregarded her which I was very upset about. If it wasn’t so far I would have left to go to smithtown. Expo is fun but would be better if they didn’t have siblings going at the same time. It’s hard to enjoy when ur trying to catch both kids at the same time.

My daughter has been attending GMGC since she was 3 years old. She is now 6. We noticed a huge improvement in her gross motor movement within weeks of starting class. I absolutely love this place. I take my almost 2 year old here every week for the bronze babies classes and my daughter lovesssss it! There are so many fun things to do for the kids and Ms Diana is so good with my daughter. I am so happy that we went with Gold Medal Centereach :)

Updating because it has been over a year since I have been bringing my daughter here and I cannot get over how amazing this place is. My daughter is now 2 1/2 and is in the bronze baby class. Unfortunately Miss Diana is no longer there but I couldn’t be happier with Mrs Kim and Miss Bella. They do everything to make sure every kid feels involved and my daughter has excelled so much within the last year. I cannot wait to see my daughter progress here. Also Samantha at the front desk is always so helpful and pleasant. They are very good with make up classes.

Staff are largely unsupervised teenagers. Most of them wearing not just jewelry, but spiked bracelets, and not 1, but 5 or 6 bracelets at once. They did not properly supervise the children, even while doing dangerous things. They did not make good use of the time leading to kids getting disappointed for missing out. And not to mention they all wear dirty street shoes all of the mat. Disgusting and totally unsafe.

Absolutely an amazing place to bring your kids. The coaches and staff are the best! I have been taking my daughter since she was 18months old and my son since he was a year old they are 5 and 2 now and GMGC has become more of like a family to us. Miss Kim and Miss Gabby are always treating the kids and parents with a smile and enthusiasm. My kids just adore them and so do I. I honestly can’t say enough about how wonderful they have been when we fell on hard times. Plus the fact they have help my oldest gain confidence to do things things she was once fearful of and they always approached her fear with patience and smiles. Love them!

My kids have been going to Gold Medal for years and it has been such a wonderful experience for both of them. This place helped them build physical strength and self-confidence. They live and breathe gymnastics.
