This is heads down my favorite Pilates studio in the city. Have been going since they opened and continue to go as the teachers are highly trained, tailors to different students’ needs and always bring creativity as well as deep burn

I booked a class here to give a chance to smaller studios relative to Jetset, Solidcore, Tremble and was unfortunately disappointed. I initially booked this class because the reviews said it was a very challenging class and I was excited to have a good workout. If that is what you’re looking for, you’re better off doing a 10 minute ab workout on YouTube which will make you sweat more than a class at this place.

I absolutely adore everything about Good Time Pilates. From the sweet, down-to-earth instructors to the little disco ball, it’s an environment that just feels safe, relaxed and fun. I was new to reformer Pilates and I’m so glad I chose to learn here. I always leave my workout feeling great (and very sore the next day). Highly recommend <3

The studio is small, but mighty, and they teach a very contemporary style of Pilates.
The classes can accommodate up to six people, I believe, on Balanced Body reformers.
The classes run (practically) every hour throughout the day (minus a few hours after lunch, etc).
Each class incorporates a bunch of stretching/warm up and cool down. It’s a very low impact, easy workout that definitely makes you sore afterward, but the classes don’t seem to be geared toward advanced students. Also, there isn’t a lot of instruction or guidance on technique (breathing, positioning, neutral vs imprint, etc.), so I’m not sure what their classes would be like for a Pilates beginner. And it’s definitely not a place you’ll find classical Pilates instruction.
The studio is clean and the instructors are friendly.

I came to Pilates on the recommendation of my doctor due to do a tendinosis in my knee and a lot of body pain, I started with private classes with Mariko and then I had regular classes. I like the atmosphere, the instructors, the way they correct you and guide you. My native language is not English so the patience and pace they manage there is a relief, I have been for about a year and with I had the most affinity for my routine was with Mariko and recently with Cam, recommended 10/10.

I came in after a back spasm and likely slipped disc at the L4/L5/S1. Sam and Meg are super friendly, collaborative and highly technically efficient in their craft. Their hybrid approach of classical and physio lead Pilates has been very effective at relieving pain and discomfort in my lower back. I believe this is the only real and effective long term solution for my chronic back issue and it’s thanks to Sam and Meg that I’m hopeful to return to all the sports I love in the future. Can’t recommend Sam and Meg highly enough! James

Good Time Pilates has help me be more mobile and get stronger. I have Osteoarthritis. The instructors are very knowledgeable and are committed to help you reach your goal. They modify class when I need it . I've never been able to commit to exercising until I gave Good Time Pilates a chance.

Such an amazing time. Instructors are patient and encouraging. Additional participants were on many different levels but moved at their own pace and were super communicative and with sportsmanship and cohesion. Warm environment, clean machines, which are state of the art.

This was my first Pilates experience and I wish I lived in the area to book several sessions a week. The facility is clean and homey. All of the instructors I met were welcoming and extremely helpful. I enjoyed the smaller class size as it allowed for a more personal instruction. Even the other students in my class were friendly and offered guidance when it looked like I was struggling. Good time Pilates! I’ll be coming back!

As someone who is new to pilates I felt comfortable in the space and challenged by the class. Instructor Meg was fantastic. She helped me improve my form along the way and was very knowledgeable and attentive. The studio had seemingly brand new equipment and was very clean.

Love this place! The vibe is warm and unpretentious. Classes have the right amount of discipline and rigor while still feeling fun. Small class size feels focused and instructors are tuned in, providing individual attention as needed, helping you adjust form etc. I go out of my way to come here (from Brooklyn!!) and it's worth it every time!

Good Time Pilates is my happy place. It's an intimate studio with only 5 reformers so you'll receive a lot attention from instructors. Sam and her team provide immaculate cueing in a warm and fun manner that's welcoming to even a total beginner so no need to feel intimidated if you've never tried pilates before. They also show genuine enthusiasm seeing your skills progress. Stop by and try a class!

If I could give this studio 6 stars I would! The instructors are very knowledgable but also so kind and welcoming. Very un-intimidating place for beginners to test the waters or experts to practice more advanced techniques on the reformer. Great vibes all around.

As a guy pilates doesn’t isn’t usually what I think when I think exercise but after recurring injuries, I needed a change and stronger core. Whew, I’ve been taking classes with Sam from the pandemic onward, been humbled and learned loads about my body. If you want a solid foundation for just..living, this is for you!!

This little studio is a much-needed oasis from the city. The classes are intimate, like a private but foster community. Meg and Sam are humorous, thoughtful, and challenging teachers. I cannot say enough good things about this them and the studio. If you are on the fence, new to Pilates, a seasoned pro, there is a place for you. I strongly recommend Good Time.

I heard about Pilates from a close friend of mine who had severe back pain. I figured if it got him running again I should check it out as I’ve done years of PT without good results. I also have a few lingering injuries that I’ve been dealing with but wasn’t sure if Pilates would be a suitable movement. While I was skeptical at first, after a few sessions with Sam I began to understand how Pilates could really help me. Luckily, I found Sam who understand my issues and created movements and sequences that allowed me to strengthen without aggravating my back. Having an instructor like Sam makes all of the difference as she understands how to create a bespoke plan that is challenging and interesting without risking injury. She’s helped strengthen the right muscles to support my back such that I’m not in daily pain. She’s the best!

I've taken classes with Sam in person, and now through the online format during the pandemic and I must say Sam didn't skip a beat moving into the virtual realm. Sam is a highly experienced instructor and I was so impressed how she was able to pinpoint problem areas through my movement and form that needed more attention even through the computer screen. If you are looking to move your body with purpose, Sam is amazing for all experience levels!
