Josh has been a great trainer. He's very adaptable to o especially needs. He looks for your weaknesses and helps you focus on what you need vs what you think you need and he educates you as to why while doing so. Keep up the good work Josh!

I've been working with Josh for over a year now. When I first started, I was looking to get stronger. I am now stronger than I have ever been in my life, and am at a level that I never thought possible. He is very knowledgeable and great with working around injuries. I have gone from absolutely hating working out to looking forward to the workouts and setting new PRs. Josh is great at motivating you to push past what you think are your limits while making it an enjoyable experience.

I have been working with Josh for over a month now. He is very professional and a great coach. He knows what he’s doing very knowledgeable about the workouts. I met Joshua at an Event I was at a few months ago.. We exchanged contact info and I'm so glad we met. I scheduled work out sessions with him so I could tone up, feel better about myself, and fit better in my clothes.. I'm so thankful that we met because he has become a great friend in the process! He has been there to motivate me and encourage me to stay with working out even when I needed it the most. I can't thank him enough for always thinking of me and sending me referrals for my business. I have been working with Josh for the last 3 months. In those 3 months, I have lost 41lbs and have went from a size 22 down to a size 12!! Due to finding out I have some health issues, and needed help to get my weight under control and start gaining muscle. A friend of mine recommended I get in touch in with Josh. Not only does Josh understand what’s going on with my body, he has more knowledge of how to get you in shape and put you on a diet plan. I’m definitely not a morning person, but when I get there, Josh puts you to work immediately and he makes it a fun experience. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.
