Chad has coached my son Carmelo for 2 seasons now being the football fitness trainer and everyday he would come home from football and say "I'm sore mom" or Coach Smith worked us"and i cannot thank him enough for turning my boy into a great young man, training him to the best ability and not letting him quit my son will go play college football in the fall and Chad and the other Groton football staff is 99% why i am Very appreciative of the time you give my son it's never taken for granted WITH that being said if you want your son/daughter to play at the next level for college i recommend this gym and this guy right here because it takes a village and he is willing to do that!

My son Zack has been doing personal training with Chad for about 3 months now. Hi running form has always been off, so much so that we thought he may have had something wrong with his back. We watched him play his first baseball game of the season on Tuesday, I cried happy tears watching my boy run! His running form has improved greatly in the short time he's been working with Chad. I can't thank him enough for his dedication! He is such a positive force in Zack's life and Zack looks up to him! Thank you for making this possible!!💙❤️

Such a wonderful place to join! The members are all friendly and approachable and the facilities are always spotless and clean. Membership is a fair price and for a small town this beats some large city facilities I've seen.

Amazing gym! I honestly didn't expect much given the population density of Groton, but I was in awe with the amount of space and equipment this gym had to offer. Groton Fitness Center has everything that I need and want to perform all of my exercises.

The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. The equipment is in good condition. The other patrons are helpful and friendly, as well. I paid for another full year's membership in January!
