I have been working out here now for slightly over a month and I can’t get enough. I was having trouble losing weight and getting back into fitness. I was trying all the things including my peloton and nothing was working. I’m still doing “all the things” but adding 1-2 classes with Louise a week has been a game changer for me. I’m finally seeing real weightloss! I am down my first 10 lbs and for the first time I didn’t feel intimidated to walk into a gym and try something new. Everyone is so welcoming, the space is so inviting, and I love incorporating a little cardio, strength, and Trx all into one workout. I will continue to keep coming back weekly because I feel myself getting stronger, lighter, quicker, and I have never once dreaded coming to a class here. For the first time in a long time I love working out again!

Grit by Simply Fit is an awesome group fitness studio. Louise, Blake and Morgan are helping me achieve my fitness goals by modifying instruction to meet my needs every session. I never dreamed I could participate in a workout program of this level. The fitness team has made it possible for me. They challenge me while keeping in mind my physical limitations so I never worry about getting hurt, keeping up or feeling out of place among younger, stronger participants. I had the pleasure of taking two classes there already. While the format of each of the classes was similar each instructor brings their own style so I encourage you to try a few to get the feel of each. Blake is easy going and makes you feel comfortable. Louise is high energy and pushes you to try new things. I found both classes challenging but manageable and a fantastic way to start the day. Great combination of strength and cardio with an emphasis of the strength stuff. I will definitely be back especially because that ski erg is just FUN (thanks for the assist on that Morgan- bend the knees!).
